According to extension of using open source software packages in recent years especially in developing countries, preparing a comprehensive roadmap for open source software development in Iran is essential. This research identifies and prioritizes factors important for preparing a precise roadmap in this field. So after investigating some of the most important researches for preparing open source software plans and roadmaps, 21 important factors were selected. After designing two questionaries and doing survey, 8 factors were elicited as the main necessities of preparing open source software roadmap in Iran and then were prioritized. At last, these necessities presented in three main aspects of technology roadmap including national strategies and market policies, aspect of product and technology and finally the aspect of sources and infrastructures. The necessities presented in this article because of considering capacities existence in Iran software industry can show factors essential for preparing open source software roadmap for Iran. Effect of management, organization and technology factors on the success or failure of information systems in organizations and institutions in the country, including issues and topics that information systems and information technology researchers always focus on them. Unfortunately in our country researchers fail to recognize the identity of a computer system failure. Knowledge of the reasons for failure of a computerized information system, causing unconsciousness and awareness in managers and design team and focus on the weaknesses will be possible. Managers support in strengthening progression factors and weakening preventing factors in the design, implementation and development of information systems and prepared infrastructure, including hardware and software can be key points of preventing of failure and success of an information system. The research is an applied research and its nature study is Ali. Research sample is equal to 35 systems and it is equal to statistical community members and include, all information systems that offering banking services to customers. Index test questionnaires using multiple regression analysis, the state of banks has been carried out. Statistical analysis tools are including Pearson correlation coefficient and beta. The findings of this study indicate that the main reason for the failure of most information systems in banks, are issues and problems from the management factor and operating components of the strategy, expectations and complexity.

Here in this research we brought application, network, infrastructure, location, security, technical, ethical and legal obstacle into consideration and all proved to be influential unless the location. In this current paper obstacles are identified and put in order of importance according to technicians and experts in information and communication technologies and analyzed by Factor Analysis and Friedman proven statistical tests.

The Majority of nations and organizations attempt to use information and communications technologies (ICT) due to emergence of new innovations and inventions in order to improve their economic and social conditions. This research examine and compare electronic readiness (E.R.) of two financial and commercial organizations based on Bridges model. Data gathered on 109 managers and specialists of each organization after questionnaire designing. Results proved dissatisfaction condition of E.R. in 2 organizations. Meanwhile there are no statistical difference between E.R. of two organizations namely results are similar in two organizations.
