In recent decades, we have witnessed new developments in ICTapplications in different fields of life. The current dynamic and turbulent business environment has forced organization to change their traditional methods of conducting business. Hence, it is important for organizations to evaluate e-readiness to use the advantages of recent developments in information technology. The ever-increasing number of studies on e-readiness and scattered information in this field has sparked the interest of this research in a systematic and scientific manner. This paper, using meta-analysis method and Comprehensive Meta-Analysis Software (CMA2), aggregated the findings of 15 master theses and six articles. A total number of 23 studies were selected according to inclusive criteria. The finding of this study confirmed the important of variables such as human resource, management factors,Organizational capabilities, infrastructure, economic factors and environmental factors on the e-readiness of Iranian organization. Finding also show that there are some moderating factors that affect researches results.

Nowadays, the use of electronic banking is necessary and inevitable. Changes speed in the business environment periodically are growing And banks are constantly looking for innovative services and processes for our customers to be able to compete effectively with together. Information technology has an importantrole in creating this process. The problem is the implementation of e-banking projects with the purpose of supporting and empowering the business activities are risky and sensitively.Banks spent a significant amount of their resources in IT projects. These efforts may be faced with the customer rejection. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting the implementation of IT projects in the field of electronic banking in Iran.This review can be helpful to assess the readiness of the organization with other organizations and to focus on the factors that have a significant impact on the success of this project. This company can solve problems related to electronic banking solution and then proceed to implement the project. In this case, the company will be able to spend less time and money and have a higher probability of success. For this first stage, with study of previous research documentation and interviews with people, factors affecting these projects are identified and Then a questionnaire of 39 experts, professionals and projects in question were implemented various electronic bankingFinally, using exploratory factor analysis. Factors mentioned, listed in three categories as evaluation and preparation, identification and classification. Also, the gap between current and desired state of implementation of IT projectsin each of the components is done in three categories. Using the Wilcoxon test, claims of the gap between current and desired status was confirmed. Finally, the importance of the gaps and priority actions to prepare the company for the correct implementation of electronic banking were determined

Management’s dilemma, when allocating financial resources towards the improvement of IT, is to control financial risk and maximize IT effectiveness,The resources allocated How infrastructure in the organization to have the greatest effect. Researchers Earlier about what concepts are related with the impact of IT would have done extensive studies. The studies confirmed a positive statistical correlation between technical readiness and flexibility IT the effectiveness of IT. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between these two variables on the effectiveness of IT. Finally, the outcome of this study was to develop knowledge in order to better allocate resources to achieve greater effectiveness in the information technology. Accordingly, the three questions posed in the form of a structural equation model was presented. The general approach of this research is descriptive survey research. Malek’Ashtar University employees are society of this research. In This study simple random sampling method was used. The study questionnaire distributed in the sample after determining and confirming indicators independent and dependent variables related by Experts. Using the first-order confirmatory factor analysis indices fitting assessed to analyze the data, then use the second order factor analysis studied fitting model concepts finally, assessed structural equation modeling conceptual model. The study have been used of smart PLS software for data analysis. The results obtained indicate that there is the relationship between organization technical readiness and flexibility information technology to the Effectiveness IT. This Subject shows the positive impact of organization technological readiness and information technology flexibility on the Effectiveness IT on the organization.

رICT adoption is one of the main concern of all types organizations including educational organisational such as schools. The aim of this study isto identify the barriers in intelligent school systems and suggest solutions to overcome them. Conducting a qualitative research method, this study, collected the data through semi-structured interviews. Participants included 20 administrators and teachers in Smart High Schools in District 2 of Bandar Abbas city of Iran.To analyze the data content analysis method have been conducted. After organizing and preparing the transcriptions, the coding, conceptualizing, and classifying the data have been done and the themes and categories were identified. The results shows that there are six categories as the main obstacles in developing intelligent school systems. These categories include: (1) barriers concerned to the teachers; (2) obstacles concerned to students. (3)Economic barriers, (4) cultural barriers (5) administrative barriers and (6) technical barriers.The most important barriers is economic barriers that were mentioned by most of the interviewees. Teachers barriers, cultural barriers, technical barriers, administrative barriers and the obstacles concerned to students were the next in rank in terms of importance. At the end of the study for each of the barriers, the strategies for decreasing and eliminating them are suggested

Information technology and professional conduct are the themes that had effected the Iranian's organizations .And although there had been lots of researches all over the world ,but little tentative inquiries about their relations to eachother are done,paticularly effect of information technology on professional conduct of human resources .such researches analyse effect of professional conduct on human resources of the Tehran governor. This research is the combination of library and field research.Method of research in this study is "quantitative" or "serveying" techniques. And also based on the aim it perches on "applied" reseach group .it should be said that in this research yheinformations was gathered by questionaires. Based on the results gained by this research ,information technology has different effects on various indexes of human resources .It means that information technology increases the extend respond independent information and relations out of organization ,but using information technology has not any considerable effect on important activities.

Knowledge in our modern world is regarded as a vital tool for the maintenance and progress of the organization. That is, in today’s competitive world, lacking the necessary knowledge won’t guarantee the organization success. In the present article,theeffect of creating knowledge was studied based onfour-stage model by Nonaka&Takeuchi in gaining competitive advantage the six-element model presented by Mintzberg (Quality-Design-Indiscriminacy-Price-Logistics-Image) and surveyed in different branches of KarAfarin Bank in Tehran. In This research, following experts’ idea, the plan Questionnaires was provided including two sections. The first part of which were in search of evaluating creating knowledge indexes and the second part tried to evaluate the competitive status as presented Mintzberg’s six-element of competitive advantage, were prepared .These questionnaires were distributed among 185 members of managers and the experts. After that, the necessary statistical analyses were carried out and the hypothesis of the existence of positive and meaningful effect in creating knowledge in obtaining competitive advantage quadruple dimensions of sociality , externalizing , combining and internalizing were confirmed and ascertained that back
