With the emergence of new businesses leading to the complicated and changing business environments, industrial managers and investors need tools and mechanisms to acquire a more clarified view of their business in different financial aspects in the future. The financial status of industrial firms has always had a significant analytical role and the evaluation of profitability has been conducted through the analysis of financial indicators that appear as key performance measures. In this regard, financial statements provides the stakeholders with accurate organizational status in a specific period of time. In the current research, the researchers have attempted to utilize the financial ratios as well as data mining algorithms so as to design a system that accurately predicts the net profit based on the previous performance of firms and accordingly, providing an appropriate performance analysis. The designed neural network model predicts the profit through the detection of relationships among financial ratios and previous profitability of the industrial firm.

To evaluate and select appropriate knowledge management strategy, a lot of organizational factors should be considered. Processes of knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledge retention, and knowledge acquisition are involved in the selection of appropriate strategies. In this study, a methodology is offered to develop a knowledge management strategy. With regard to the infrastructure and processes of knowledge management bottlenecks of spiral knowledge processes are identified. Accordingly, strategic solutions are formulated for organizations. A review of the theoretical foundations of previous studies and factors affecting organizational knowledge management strategies have been explored from frameworks and administrative procedures. In this methodology, factors which influences on knowledge management strategy are as follows: organizational structure, corporate culture, information technology, human resource strategies and processes of knowledge sharing, knowledge capture, knowledge acquisition, and knowledge creation. In this study, the effect of mutual impact of organizational structure, IT and human resource management strategies on knowledge management strategy with the approach in knowledge spiral of the organization is emphasized. The proposed methodology was confirmed with a survey of 36 organizations and academic experts. At the end, the methodology was implemented to 2 different organizations and the results were analyzed.

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between information technology and the empowerment of education and training administration staffs in ٍEast Mazandaran. The research method is descriptive survey and the statistical population consisted of 440 staffs. Using Kredjcie-Morgan table, 205 individuals were selected as statistical sample. For data collection, Spreitzer (1995) questionnaire which contains 13 questions and a self-made questionnaire consisting of 65 items were used. Validity of questionnaires was confirmed by experts in the related fields and the reliability of information technology and empowerment questionnaires were calculated 0.784 and 0.916, respectively. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The results showed that there exists a significant relationship between information technology and the staff empowerment (p = 0.012). Also, the relationship between information technology and the staffs empowerment were tested and it was found that there is a positive and significant relationship between information technology and 4 dimensions of sense of competence (p = 0.035), sense of effectiveness (p = 0.034), sense of meaningful (p = 0.019), and sense of autonomy (p = 0.020).v

The purpose of this paper is to examine the role of information and communication technologies in each step of Nonaka’s knowledge creation model and also the effects of knowledge sharing on innovation and collective learning among organization's staffs. To do so, we propose a framework based on the Nonaka’s model of knowledge creation to analyze the relationships between information and communication technologies, knowledge management and process innovation and product innovation. After that, we tested this framework in Hacoupian Corporation which has a wide use of information and communication technologies and also is an innovative firm. In this paper, qualitative research method was used to collect data from Semi-structured interviews with a number of staff. The results show that different types of information and communication technologies are used in Hacoupian Corporation and the combinations of these technologies has a positive effects on socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization of employees and leads to product innovations and process innovation.

v Today, interest in the identification and assessment of environmental impacts of different businesses tend to increase interest among researchers and activists, business information systems and information technology to green IT. The use of green IT in the industry is faced with opportunities and different challenges. The opportunities and challenges, can gain competitive advantage over the other competitors and the impact on the organization. Therefore, the use of these opportunities and offering solutions to the challenges of green information technology in the organizations is very important. This study presents a model to identify opportunities and challenges for green IT applications in organizations. The dimensions of green IT model are derived from literature review and were confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. In the present study, to determine the importance of each dimension, IT experts and academics views as well as fuzzy non-linear modeling are utilized. The results of mathematical model showed that the cost of implementing green IT solutions can be both an opportunity and a challenge to be addressed.

vv The differential diagnosis of Erythemato-Squamous disease is a very important issue in dermatology. These diseases include Dermatitis Seborrheic, Lichen Planus, Pityriasis Rosea, Chronic Dermatiticand Pityriasis Rubra Pilaris. The differential diagnosis of psoriasis need to spend a lot of time and costs and incorrect or delayed diagnosis will lead to risky consequences for the patient. In this regard, a fuzzy expert system was created to diagnose psoriasis at any time and in any place. In this study, an expert system is created to diagnose psoriasis based on fuzzy logic and rule-based database using MATLAB software. Also, to test the system data from 190 patients with psoriasis was used among which 126 people with psoriasis were selected. The accuracy, sensitivity and accuracy of the system, was obtained 96%, 97% and 95%, respectively. The area under the ROC curve was obtained 0.97 and that of Kappa test was obtained 0.92 (P < 0.001). Given the importance of early diagnosis of psoriasis, the use of expert systems can play an important role in preventing disease progression, reducing severe pain and costs.
