Therefore, having a determined prospect toward Business Processes Management (BPM) is significant. Since the BPM systems are electronic systems and they are used for supporting, monitoring and managing the processes and other activities in the organization, therefore for preventing misemployment of valuable resources in applying BPM systems and the protection of organization against possible risk of system application, it is necessary to be aware of the critical factors before taking any action. Accordingly, this research paper is conducted to present critical success factors for the implementation of BPM systems in Iran. In this regard, 34 critical factors were identified and presented to the experts through a questionnaire and the answers were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis method. The statistical population consists of managers, experts, suppliers, and developers of information systems having at least 3 years of experience in BPM systems. The designed questionnaires were distributed among the statistical sample and 128 completed questionnaires were returned and analyzed. Finally, 27 key factors categorized into 5 main groups as the following priorities: managerial, organizational, procedural, human-related, and technical. The result of this research can assist the suppliers and the users of BPM systems either in successful application process or confrontation with possible troubles.}, keywords = {Business Process Management (BPM),BPM system,Critical Success Factors}, title_fa = {عوامل کلیدی موفقیت پیاده سازی سیستم مدیریت فرایند کسب و کار}, abstract_fa = {‎ با رشد سازمان ها و پیچیده شدن فرآیندهای کسبوکار، مدیریت و کنترل آنها از اهمیت بیشتری نسبت به قبل برخوردار میباشد. بر این مبنا داشتن یک رویکرد مدیریت فرایند کسبوکار قوی در سازمانها، حائز اهمیت است. از آنجا که سیستمهای مدیریت فرآیندهای کسبوکار، سیستمهایی الکترونیکی هستند که برای پشتیبانی، نظارت و مدیریت فرآیندها و فعالیتهای مختلف سازمان استفاده میشوند، بنابراین به منظور جلوگیری از اتلاف منابع ارزشمند در پیادهسازی سیستم مدیریت فرایند کسبوکار و مهمتر از آن حفظ سازمان در برابر مخاطرات احتمالی پیادهسازی این سیستم، لازم است قبل از هر اقدامی، از عواملی که در پیادهسازی آن ضروری است، آگاهی کامل داشته باشیم. بدین منظور پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل "عوامل کلیدی موفقیت پیادهسازی سیستم مدیریت فرایند کسبوکار" انجام گرفته است. بر این اساس، در ابتدا، 34 عامل کلیدی شناسایی شده و در قالب پرسشنامه، به منظور تعیین اهمیت و اولویت آنها در میان اعضای جامعه آماری تحقیق توزیع گردید. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل مدیران و کارشناسان، تامینکننده و پیادهکنندگان فناوری اطلاعاتی هستند که در زمینه مشاوره و یا پیاده‌سازی سیستم مدیریت فرایند کسب‏وکار دارای سابقه اجرایی پژوهشی حداقل 3 ساله می‌باشند که 128 پرسشنامه معتبر از این خبرگان جمع آوری شده است. در نهایت با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، 27 عامل کلیدی استخراج و در پنج گروه "مدیریتی"، "سازمانی"، "فرایندی"، "انسانی" و "فنی" به ترتیب اولویت و اهمیت قرار گرفتند. مدل حاصل از این پژوهش میتواند به تامینکنندگان و بکارگیرندگان سیستم مدیریت فرایند کسبوکار جهت موفقیت در روند پیادهسازی این سیستم و مقابله با بحرانهای احتمالی یاری رساند. }, keywords_fa = {مدیریت فرایند کسب و کار,سیستم مدیریت فرایند کسب وکار,عوامل کلیدی موفقیت سیستم مدیریت فرایند کسب وکار}, url = {https://ims.atu.ac.ir/article_1960.html}, eprint = {https://ims.atu.ac.ir/article_1960_ef2b3b2c2c5a053116b9b7e8ed2371dc.pdf} }
