ویژگیهای محتوایی شرکتهای تازه تأسیس فناوری محور
شرکتهای تازه تأسیس فناوری محور(NTBF)، سهم بسزایی بر رشد اقتصاد و علیالخصوص ارتقای نوآوری و اشتغالزایی دارند. به همین دلیل، بسیاری از کشورها با سیاستهای تشویقی، در پی تأسیس و توسعه چنین مؤسساتی هستند. با وجود اهمیت اقتصادی این شرکتها، تعریف واحدی از آنها ارائه نشده و تعاریف متعددی برای این نوع شرکتها متناسب با هدف هر مطالعه ارائه شده است. ازآنجاییکه در باب ماهیت، نیاز به تولید یک چارچوب منسجم از ویژگیهای این نوع از شرکتها، حائز اهمیت است؛ بنابراین، هدف از تحقیق حاضر، شناسایی ویژگیهای شرکتهای تازه تأسیس فناوری محور است. برای این منظور، آثار پژوهشی که طی سالهای 1990 تا 2011 به ماهیت این مفهوم پرداختهاند، با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. در مرحله اول، تعاریف موجود از این شرکتها گردآوری شد. در ادامه، ویژگیهای مؤثر بر تولید ماهیت روشن از این شرکتها شناسایی شد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، به شناسایی، تائید و اولویتبندی پنج ویژگی منجر شد که به ترتیب شامل؛ جدید بودن، فناوری پیشرفته داشتن، استقلال، کوچکی از نظر تعداد کارکنان و حجم فروش و تأمین سرمایه توسط مؤسسین است که با توجه به بیشترین فراوانی ویژگیهای مورد نظر در مقالات مورد بررسی، اولویتبندی شدند. نتیجه نهایی این تحقیق، هدایت و نظمبخشی به تحقیقات آینده از طریق دستیابی به انسجام نظری در تعریف این مفهوم است.

نقش پیادهسازی چارچوبهای مدیریت خدمات و امنیت در تداوم خدمات فناوری اطلاعات
محیط رقابتی کسبوکار و وابستگی به خدمات، باعث شده است که سازمانها بر پایه میزان توانایی در ارائه مستمر خدمات، مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرند. مدیریت تداوم خدمات فناوری اطلاعات، به مدیریت قابلیتهای سازمان در تداوم ارائه سطحی توافقی و از پیش تعیینشده از خدمات فناوری اطلاعات، بهمنظور پشتیبانی از نیازمندیهای کسبوکار در شرایط بروز حوادث میپردازد. مدیریت امنیت اطلاعات، با حداقل کردن آسیبهای کسبوکار و کتابخانه زیرساخت خدمات فناوری اطلاعات، ساختاری مناسب برای سازمانهایی است که با هدف پشتیبانی از فرایندهای کسبوکار، خدمات فناوری اطلاعات را به مشتریانش تحویل میدهند. این تحقیق، با هدف شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار در تداوم خدمات فناوری اطلاعات انجام شده است. پس از مطالعه ادبیات موضوع، مجموعه سؤالاتی در قالب پرسشنامه و با استفاده از طیف لیکرت پنج بخشی تهیه شد و در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت. پس از تأیید سؤالات توسط خبرگان این حوزه، پرسشنامه اصلاح شده برای 60 نفر از کارشناسان سازمانها و شرکتهای مورد مطالعه ارسال شد. پس از تجزیهوتحلیل نتایج، شاخصهای شناساییشده تائید و فرضیه اصلی تحقیق که تأثیرگذاری پیادهسازی کتابخانه زیرساخت خدمات فناوری اطلاعات و سیستم مدیریت امنیت اطلاعات در تداوم خدمات فناوری اطلاعات است تائید شد.

سیستم خبره ارزشیابی وفاداری مشتریان در صنعت پخش و توزیع
در بازار پررقابت امروزی، بقای شرکتها در گرو شناسایی و جذب مشتریان جدید و حفظ مشتریان موجود است. به دلیل هزینههای بالای جذب مشتریان جدید، دستیابی به مشتریان وفادار و حفظ آنان، از اهمیت بسیار بیشتری برخوردار است. هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل وفاداری و طراحی سیستم خبره برای ارزشیابی وفاداری مشتریان، در صنعت پخش و توزیع است. بر اساس مبانی نظری، بعد رفتاری و بعد نگرشی، مبنای وفاداری در نظر گرفته شدهاند و عوامل مرتبط با هریک از این ابعاد، شناسایی شد. عوامل بعد رفتاری؛ شامل تکرار خرید، تازگی خرید، حجم (میزان خرید)، تنوع خرید (سبد خرید) و میزان سوددهی و عوامل بعد نگرشی؛ شامل رضایت، اعتماد، محبوبیت و شهرت برند تجاری و ارزش ادراکشده توسط مشتری است. در این پژوهش، سیستم خبره فازی بر اساس عوامل شناساییشده طراحی شده است و وفاداری مشتریان شرکت پخش مواد غذایی 9595، توسط این سیستم خبره مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. این سیستم، میتواند برای شناسایی نوع وفاداری مشتریان شرکتهای پخش کمک کند.

راهکارهای رفع موانع اجرای مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین استارتاپ های مواد غذایی تندمصرف
امروزه، ارائه خدمات با ظهور فناوریهای جدید و ظهور کسبوکارهای آنلاین، متحول شده است. هدف کسبوکارهای آنلاین و استارتاپ ها، ارائه خدمات آنلاین با صرفهجویی در وقت و هزینه مشتریان است. یکی از حوزههایی که در آن، ارائه خدمات آنلاین به رفع نیاز گروههای مختلفی از جامعه منجر میشود، مواد غذایی تند مصرف است. ازآنجاکه نرخ مصرف و فسادپذیری مواد غذایی تند مصرف بالا است، مدیریت مناسب و بهبود عملکرد در سطوح مختلف زنجیره تأمین از ضرورت بالایی برخوردار است. اجرای مدیریت دانش، فاکتور اصلی هماهنگی و بهبود عملکرد زنجیره تأمین برای دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی است. موانع گوناگونی وجود دارند که به شکست اجرای مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین منجر میشوند؛ بنابراین، شناسایی موانع و راهکارهای رفع موانع اجرای مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین این استارتاپ ها، ضروری است؛ ازاینرو، هدف این تحقیق، شناسایی و اولویتبندی راهکارهای رفع موانع اجرای مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین استارتاپ های مواد غذایی تند مصرف است. چارچوب مورداستفاده در این تحقیق، شامل استفاده از روشهای تلفیقی دلفی فازی، سوآرا و آراس خاکستری است. بدین منظور، در مرحله اول، معیارهای شناساییشده با بهرهگیری از روش دلفی فازی، تعدیل و نهایی شدند. سپس، از روش سوآرا برای وزن دهی به معیارها و از روش آراس خاکستری برای رتبهبندی راهکارهای رفع موانع اجرای مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که راهکار هشتم (رهبری مثبت نسبت به تصویب مدیریت دانش در زنجیره تأمین)، بهعنوان بهترین راهکار شناسایی شد.

تأثیر لجستیک پساخرید و تجربه خدمات مشتری بر واکنش رفتاری کاربران کسبوکارهای اینترنتی
تعداد کاربران اینترنت در ایران، ۴۲ میلیون نفر است. با توجه به افزایش تمایل مردم به خرید اینترنتی در کشور و از آنجا که مطالعات تجربی مبتنی بر دادههای نظری در خصوص وجود نقش و ارتباط نسبی تجارب پس از خرید شامل خدمات مشتریان، حملونقل، ردیابی و مرجوعی محصول با رضایت مشتری و قصد خرید مجدد در آینده، در زمینه تجارت الکترونیک انجام نشده است این پژوهش، به بررسی تأثیر لجستیک پساخرید (حملونقل، ردیابی، مرجوعی) و تجربه خدمات مشتری بهعنوان پیشایندهایی برای واکنشهای رفتاری کاربران (رضایت مشتری و قصد خرید مجدد) پرداخته شده است. در این چارچوب، متغیر رضایت مشتری بهعنوان واسطه در نظر گرفته شده است. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روش گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران است که حداقل یکبار سابقه خرید و مرجوعی از وبسایت دیجی کالا را داشتهاند. از این جامعه آماری، نمونه 395 تایی بهصورت طبقهای متناسب انتخاب و دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری شدند و به کمک مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. یافتههای پژوهش، نشان داد که لجستیک پساخرید و تجربه خدمات مشتری بر رضایت مشتری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و رضایت مشتری نیز بر قصد خرید مجدد کاربران اینترنتی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.

تحلیل ارتباط میان شاخصهای کاربرد اینترنت اشیاء در زنجیره تأمین لوازم خانگی با استفاده از رویکرد نقشه شناختی فازی
هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل ارتباط میان شاخصهای کاربرد اینترنت اشیاء در زنجیره تأمین لوازم خانگی با استفاده از رویکرد نقشه شناختی فازیاست. جامعه آماری، کارشناسان فعال در کسبوکار لوازم خانگی در استان بوشهر بودهاند. این افراد، با مفهوم اینترنت اشیاء و زنجیره تأمین آگاه بوده که از بین آنها 10 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابتدا، با مطالعه پیشینه و مبانی نظری پژوهش 38 شاخص شناسایی شدند. سپس، با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی و نظر خبرگان در 9 گروه شامل: محصول، فرآیندهای عملیاتی، موجودی، اقتصادی، تأمینکنندگان، پشتیبانی فنی، اطلاعات، مشتری و مأموریت سازمان دستهبندی شدند. در مرحله بعد، با استفاده از آزمون میانگین یک جامعه شاخصهایی که مقدار آنها از ارزش آزمون کمتر بود حذف شدند. در نهایت، با استفاده از رویکرد ترکیبی نقشه شناختی فازی و گروه کانونی، چگونگی ارتباط میان شاخصها تحلیل و تبیین شد. نتایج، نشان داد که ارتباط میان همه شاخصها مثبت بوده است. همچنین، اطلاعات بهعنوان مهمترین شاخص کاربرد اینترنت اشیاء در زنجیره تأمین لوازم خانگی به شمار میآید، زیرا این شاخص بر همه شاخصهای دیگر اثرگذار است. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که شاخص مشتری در رتبه دوم اهمیت قرار دارد. در این راستا، مدیران صنعت لوازم خانگی باید با برنامهریزی و خودکارسازی بهتر فرآیندها، بهینهسازی عملیات، بهبود خدمات ارائهشده به مشتری و افزایش بازگشت سرمایه در طول زنجیره تأمین موجب افزایش قدرت رقابت در این صنعت شوند.

سهم تجارت اجتماعی در ایران، به نسبت کشورهای توسعهیافته در حوزه تجارت اجتماعی بسیار ناچیز است که این امر، شناسایی عواملی که بهعنوان چالش در عرصه اجرایی کردن تجارت اجتماعی است را مهم نموده است. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، شناسایی خلأهای قانونی و رفتاری پیادهسازی تجارت اجتماعی در بین کسبوکارهای نوپا است. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی، خبرگان تجارت اجتماعی در شرکتهای دانشبنیان فعال در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات در پارک علم و فنآوری دانشگاه تهران در نظر گرفته شدند. خبرگان با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و گلولهبرفی شناسایی شدند که با توجه به کفایت دادهها، در مجموع با 20 خبره مصاحبه شد. جامعه آماری بخش کمی، مدیران شرکتهای کسبوکاری نوپا در شهر تهران در نظر گرفته شدند. برای تعیین نمونه، از نمونهگیری دومرحلهای استفاده شد. دادهها، در بخش کیفی از طریق مصاحبه عمیق و در بخش کمی از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری شدند. دادههای گردآوریشده بخش کمی، با نرمافزار "اسمارت پی ال اس 2" تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. نتایج بهدستآمده مؤید این بود که تغییر فضای کسبوکاری بهعنوان شرایط علی، پدیده محوری شامل پیادهسازی تجارت اجتماعی، شرایط زمینهای شامل فرهنگ کسبوکاری و خلأهای قانونی، شرایط مداخلهگر شامل خلأهای رفتاری و شرایط منابع کسبوکاری، راهبردها نیز قابلیت اعتماد بازارهای آنلاین اجتماعی و توسعه زیرساختهای فنی شناسایی شد و در نهایت پیامدهای این پژوهش، تقویت سهولت کسبوکارها و بهبود عملکرد فروش بوده است.

مدل پارادایمی معماری فناوری اطلاعات مبتنی بر چارچوب کوبیت 2019
معماری فناوری اطلاعات، با توصیفی کلنگر و جامع از کارکردهای فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان سعی در کاهش پیچیدگی استفاده از این فناوری و افزایش بازدهی در راستای پاسخگویی به نیازمندیها و نیل به اهداف سازمانی دارد. از سوی دیگر، چارچوب اهداف کنترلی برای فناوری اطلاعات و فناوریهای مرتبط یا بهاختصار چارچوب کوبیت نیز بهعنوان کارآمدترین مدل برای پیادهسازی و ممیزی حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات برای توسعه، پیادهسازی، پایش و بهبود مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات مطرح است. لزوم مدلسازی معماری فناوری اطلاعات وضع مطلوب در کنار مزایای ناشی از اجرای چارچوب کوبیت 2019 برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی به وسیله افزایش ارزش در حین متوازنسازی مخاطرات در مقابل عایدی فناوری اطلاعات و فرایندهایش، پژوهشگران را بر آن داشته است تا با رویکردی جامع و سازگار با سازمان اتکا، مدل پارادایمی معماری فناوری اطلاعات مبتنی بر چارچوب کوبیت 2019 را با استفاده از روش نظریهپردازی داده بنیاد ارائه کنند. جمعآوری دادهها، با استفاده از شیوههای سند کاوی، مشاهده و مصاحبههای باز و عمیق از طریق 15 نفر از خبرگان و صاحبنظران حوزه مدیریت و حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان مورد مطالعه انجام شده است. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در مراحل سهگانه کدگذاری به روش استراوس و کوربین، با استفاده از نرمافزار MAXQDA منجر به ظهور 650 مفهوم و 48 مقوله فرعی شده و در پایان با انتخاب پدیده اصلی و ارتباط منظم آن با سایر مقولهها، در محورهای شرایط علی، شرایط زمینهای، شرایط مداخلهگر، راهبردها و پیامدها، مدل پارادایمی پژوهش ارائه شد.
