چکیده

     امروزه شرکت‏های رو به توسعه دریافته‏اند که فناوری ارتباطات واطلاعات تا چه میزان جهت برقراری ارتباط و هماهنگی بین‏ذینفعان و بخش‏های مختلف سازمان موثرند. در این بین، سیستم‏های اطلاعاتی یکپارچه تحت وب از جایگاه ویژه‏ای برخوردارند. مقاله حاضر ضمن معرفی این سیستم‏ها به عنوان رویکردی نسبتاً جدید در سیستم‏های اطلاعاتی، به سنجش امکانات ونیازهای سازمانی پیاده سازی آنها وطرح فرضیه‏‏های مرتبطمی‏پردازد.درادامه، پژوهشی پیمایشی با هدفسنجش امکانات ونیازهای سازمان‏‏های کاربر این بسته‏‏های نرم افزاریانجام شده است. اطلاعات حاصل از پیمایش در قالب فرضیه‏‏های مطروحه، مورد تحلیل آماری قرار گرفته‏اند. از جمله نتایج بدست آمده می‏توان به کمبود مراکز داده مناسب، مشکلات زیر ساخت مخابراتی و هزینه تهیه نرم افزارها اشاره کرد

چکیده [English]

The current global situation is characterized by the interrelated, complex uncertainty, volatile and dynamic business environments. This has encouraged the appearance of critical risks that can impact on the firms’ performance. This article aims to uncover some important dimensions of the organizational change issues around ERPII projects. The results indicate that the lack of suitable data centers, telecommunication infrastructure problems and costs of software will impact on implementation of integrated web-based information systems in Iran
