Abstract:The purpose is identifying the components and developing inner relationships between viral marketing components in online business. The research statistical population comprises of 15 individuals in three generations of X, Y and Z in the qualitative section, and 460 online customers in the quantitative section. in the qualitative section used the projection technique (word association, sentence completion, and visioning exercises) which is performed as an in-depth interview. Via MAXQDA software and in the quantitative section, 12 experts were employed to indicate Lawshe's index and from SPSS for exploratory factor analysis and inner relationships of identified components were specified and tested according to the DEMATEL technique and MATLAB and AMOS software. Validity and reliability in the qualitative part due to continuous conflict, use of integration in research, valid researcher review and in quantitative part of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to measure validity with AMOS software and Cronbach's alpha method with SPSS software to measure reliability Used. Findings in the qualitative section indicate 6 new components in the field of viral marketing included: online support, online products, online attractiveness, online risk, online appeal and online trust. The results by using DEMATEL and SEM also showed that viral marketing model in online businesses is such that there are relationships between online support and online appeal, online appeal and online persuasion, online appeal and online trust, and online trust and online risk-taking, whereas there are no relationships between online services and online appeal, and online persuasion and online risk-taking.

Banks have complex, long processes and activities with many points of control and approval, especially for facility processes. The survival of these institutions, providing quality and fast services and customer satisfaction requires improvement and analysis of results after the implementation of these processes. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the performance and improve the working capital facility processes. For this purpose, a method based on process mining and fuzzy algorithm is used. The method includes six steps: log extraction of the Bank of Industry & Mine facility system, log inspection, control flow analysis, performance analysis based on time indicator, making suggestions and reviewing the results, and finally improving the processes using simulation. The results of the present study include the discovery of a real and improved process model, the detection of bottlenecks and max repetition activities, the reduction of the mean throughput time by 23% and the number of activities by 21%, and finally the efficiency of process mining.

The main purpose of the study is to explore the important issues and their relations to present a pattern for design and development process of financial services with a competitiveness approach in Iran banking industry. The study applies mixed method as its methodology. The qualitative section approach is based on Grounded Theory strategy. The data-collection instrument consists of semi-structured interview with twelve research and innovation experts and managers in banking industry selected through purposeful as well as snowball sampling. Dimensions and components of design and development process of financial services were extracted and compiled in a Grounded Theory conceptual model. The main phenomenon, process design and development services in the field of banking. Lastly, the final model were formulated and presented with regard to casual, intervening and contextual conditions as well as strategies and results. In quantitative section, the data was collected by a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 236 items and the descriptive-survey method was used for analysis and explanation of proposed pattern. Finally, the findings of the study shows that the managers and policy-makers of banking industry should consider all casual, intervening and contextual conditions as well as strategies and outcomes for successful development of banking modern products and services; They also should step into the identified phases of modern service development with a competitiveness and market-based approach.

Nowadays Due to the increasing advances in technology in the banking industry and changes in the expectations of bank customers, especially the desire to eliminate unnecessary face-to-face Services and the need to receive 24-hour banking services, virtual portals, especially Internet banking websites have been welcomed. According to many experts success of websites is closely related to their degree of usability, so ease of use can act as a powerful leverage to attract customers to a bank that has a more usable website. In this study, after a comprehensive review of the literature, interviews with 41 experts in this field and then by a qualitative method of theme analysis, a comprehensive model of internet banking website was presented. In this model, usability is affected by two groups of external dimensions and internal dimensions, which in case of compatibility with users' expectations, the website is evaluated as usable and as a result, user satisfaction is achieved. Due to the wide range of customers of commercial banks, in addition to traditional segmentation, it is recommended that intelligent segmentation of target users done to improve the usability of Internet banking websites.

Current research was done with aim of considering the effect of product market competition and companies' life cycle on their elective business strategy. Along that, data of 115 listed sample companies in Tehran Stock Exchange was gathered along 2013 to 2018 years and hypothesis model was tested with the help of multiple regression analysis. The criteria to assess the business strategy was Ittner & Larcker (1997) model and Herfindahl-Hirschman Index to product market competition and in the last, the base for distinguishing the sample companies upon their life cycle stages was Anthony & Ramesh (1992) model. The findings indicate that product market competition has a significant impact on business strategy and those companies which are operating in high competition condition have tendency to defensive business strategy. Besides, company's life cycle stages has also a significant impact on selecting business strategy and those companies which are in growth life stage in compare to others (those operating in maturity and decline stages) have more tendency to gain of offensive business strategy. high competition condition in product market gets reducing tendency of growth life stage companies to applying of offensive business strategy. Finally new companies have tendency to opportunistic business strategy while, old ones desire to use Analytical business strategy.

Plagiarism is removal and to put it in their own name the ideas or words of others. With the Increasing progress of the Internet and the proliferation of online articles, scientific theft has also become easier. Many systems have been developed today to detect plagiarism. Most of these systems are based on lexical structure and string matching algorithms. Therefore, these systems can hardly detect recovery robberies, placement of synonyms. This paper presents a method for identifying plagiarism based on semantic role labeling and cellular learning automata. In this paper, cellular learning automata are used to locate the processed words. Semantic role labeling specifies the role of words in sentence. Comparison operations are performed for all sentences of the original text and suspicious text. Results of the experiments on PAN-PC-11 corpus demonstrate the proposed method improves values of evaluation parameters such as recall, precision and F-measure, comparing to previous approaches in plagiarism detection.

In today's competitive world, applying new techniques to business development has a great impact. The restaurant industry is no exception. Therefore, in this research, using new methods of knowledge discovery and data mining, customer data of chain restaurant is investigated. The purpose of this study was to explore customer behavior patterns using data mining methods. In this study, one million and five hundred thousand customer records were reviewed in five branches of a chain restaurant and two stages of clustering modeling using RFM method and then classification modeling were performed on the data and the behavior rules chain restaurant customers were extracted. The results of this study have helped to identify the loyal and profitable customers of the chain restaurant which has led to the improvement of the profitability of the chain restaurant. One of the innovations of this research has been the communication between clustering and classification results.

Proper management and optimal allocation of financial resources will increase gross national product and growth, create jobs and increase public welfare. The purpose of this study is to present an investment strategy that has tried to pave the way for the development of the investing company in the financial markets. Therefore, the forthcoming research can be considered as applied in terms of purpose. Also, considering that in the present research, mathematical modeling, modeling, artificial intelligence, etc. are used and the optimization of the investor company's portfolio is evaluated with the proposed model, so it is a quantitative and descriptive research. This study evaluated the performance of the proposed model in three modes: prudent, moderate and risky investor company. The results showed that for all three cases, the proposed strategy performs significantly better than the market index and other previous strategies. At the end of the investment period, the risky portfolio was more valuable than other portfolios. On the other hand, a prudent portfolio has achieved a more stable and stable return. These results revealed that the proposed fuzzy programming is able to reflect the characteristics and desires of the investor company in the portfolio composition.
