But using the Internet of Things to develop a smart city faces several challenges. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to identify the main challenges of the Internet of Things and to understand the relationship between these challenges to support the development of smart cities in Iran. Initially, 14 major challenges were extracted based on domestic and foreign literature. Then, using the SWARA technique, the challenges were prioritized based on summarizing the views of seven relevant experts in the field of smart cities in Iran. In the next step, the underlying interactions between the identification challenges and their importance were determined using interpretive structural modeling (ISM). Then, MICMAC method was used to confirm the results. According to the findings, the challenges in the interpretive structural method were leveled at six levels. Then, to test the results of this stage, MICMAC method was used.The results of this stage showed that the lack of policies, perspectives and regulatory guidelines, high training, operational and maintenance costs, inequality (social), lack of transparency and responsibility, lack of technical knowledge among Planners, lack of technology infrastructure and lack of intelligence were identified as influential and key variables of the study.}, keywords = {Smart City,Internet of Things,Interpretive structure,MicMac Software,Iran}, title_fa = {تحلیل موانع کلیدی کاربرد اینترنت اشیا در شهرهای هوشمند ایران (روش تحلیل ساختاری)}, abstract_fa = {امروزه بسیاری از کشورها با هدف ارتقا پایداری و کیفیت زندگی مورد نیاز جوامع خود، به اتکای زیر ساخت‌های گسـترده فناوری اطلاعات در حال نهادینه کردن مفهوم شهر هوشمند و اجرای برنامه‌های اینترنت اشیا هستند که از مولفه‌های شهر هوشمند پشتیبانی می‌کند. اما بکارگیری اینترنت اشیا در توسعه شهر هوشمند با چالش‌های مختلفی روبرو است. بر این اساس هدف از تحقیق حاضر، شناسایی چالش‌های اصلی کاربرد اینترنت اشیا و درک رابطه بین این چالش‌ها برای حمایت از توسعه شهرهای هوشمند در ایران است. در ابتدا 14 چالش عمده بر اساس ادبیات داخلی و خارجی استخراج شد. سپس با استفاده از تکنیک SWARA به اولویت‌بندی چالش‌ها بر اساس ادغام دیدگاه‌های هفت کارشناس مرتبط در عرصه‌ی هوشمندسازی شهرهای ایران پرداخته شد. در گام بعد فعل و انفعالات زمینه‌ای بین چالش‌های شناسایی و اهمیت آنها با استفاده از مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) تعیین شد. سپس برای تایید نتایج از روش میک‌مک استفاده شد. طبق یافته‌ها، چالش‌ها در روش ساختاری تفسیری در شش سطح ترازبندی شدند. یافته‌های میک‌مک نشان داد که عدم وجود سیاست‌ها، چشم‌اندازها و دستورالعمل‌های نظارتی؛ هزینه آموزشی، عملیاتی و نگهداری بالا؛ نابرابری (اجتماعی)؛ عدم شفافیت و مسئولیت؛ فقدان دانش فنی در بین برنامه‌ریزان و ضعف زیرساخت فناوری و کمبود هوشمندی به عنوان متغیرهای تاثیرگذار و کلیدی مطالعه شناخته شدند.}, keywords_fa = {شهر هوشمند,اینترنت اشیا,ساختاری تفسیری,نرم افزار میک‌مک,ایران}, url = {https://ims.atu.ac.ir/article_13301.html}, eprint = {https://ims.atu.ac.ir/article_13301_611f0ea6eadfec58b945b9c79c76a3a3.pdf} }
