شناسایی و اولویتبندی کاربردهای شبکه کاوی در تجارت الکترونیکی
امروزه اطلاعات موجود در شبکههای اجتماعی از ارزش بسیاری برخوردارند و مبنای توسعهی کسبوکارها هستند. هدف این تحقیق ارائهی چارچوبی است که بتواند کاربردهای حاصل از تحلیل شبکههای اجتماعی را در تجارت الکترونیک ارائه کند. در این پژوهش ابتدا در بخش اول کاربردهای شبکه کاوی با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا در ابعاد مختلف PEST ) سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فنی (استخراج شده و سپس در بخش دوم کاربردهای یافت شده در دو بخش فنی و اقتصادی انتخاب و با استفاده از پیمایش نظر خبرگان و آزمونهای آماری کاربردهای با اهمیتتر از میان این کاربردها شناسایی شدند. در گام بعد جهت اولویتبندی کاربردها با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی(AHP)، مقایسات زوجی صورت گرفته و با توزیع پرسشنامهی مقایسات زوجی میان خبرگان دادههای موردنظر جمعآوری و سپس کاربردها به ترتیب اهمیت اولویتبندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد در بعد اقتصادی کشف کلاهبرداری، کشف نیازها و علایق مشتریان و در بعد فنی بهبود وبسایتهای تجارت الکترونیکی و شناسایی ترافیک شبکه بالاترین جایگاه را دارند.v

پیشزمینهها و پیامدهای مشارکت مصرفکنندگان در جوامع مجازی
vجوامع مجازی با توجه به امکانات فراهمشده در محیط وب و دسترسی وسیعی که به مصرفکننده دارد بر فعالیتهای مرتبط با کسبوکار بسیار تأثیرگذار هستند، بنابراین بررسی پیشزمینهها و پیامدهای مشارکت مصرفکنندگان در جوامع مجازی میتواند از جنبههای شناختی رفتار مصرفکننده، در این محیط رقابتی حائز اهمیت باشد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی پیشزمینهها و پیامدهای مشارکت مصرفکنندگان در جوامع مجازی است. روش انجام این تحقیق بهصورت تلفیقی بوده بهاینترتیب که در بخش کیفی مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته با 14 نفر از خبرگان انجام پذیرفت و پس از تحلیل نتایج به کمک تکنیک تحلیل محتوا مدل طراحیشده در حجم نمونه 384 نفر مورد آزمون کمی قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد پیشزمینههای فردی و اجتماعی، خدمات ارائهشده توسط وبسایت، تمایل، نگرش و نیات ـ ما در مشارکت تأثیر بسزایی دارند، در مورد پیامدهای مشارکت نشان داد نیات ـ ما برای مشارکت در جوامع مجازی تأثیر منفی بر ارتباطات با خانواده و دوستان، همچنین استفاده کمتر از سایر رسانهها میشود اما اطلاعات مصرفکنندگان را افزایش میدهد.

ارائه مدلی جهت دستهبندی احساسات خریداران کتاب با استفاده از رویکرد ترکیبی
در سالهای اخیر رشد شبکههای اجتماعی و بهتبع آن افزایش فزاینده محتوای این شبکهها باعث شده است تا افراد برای خرید و استفاده از محصولات، خدمات و یا حتی انتخابهای سیاسی خود از نظرات سایر افراد برای تصمیمگیری استفاده نمایند. با توجه به آنکه نظرات کاربران بهصورت متنی است و خواندن و جمعبندی آنها زمانبر و مشکل است، خودکارسازی استخراج عقاید و احساسات نظرات کاربران یکی از راهکارهای پیشنهادی برای سایتهای فروش آنلاین جهت ارائه خدمات کاراتر به مشتریان جهت تصمیمگیری آگاهانهتر است. تحلیل احساسات یا عقیده کاوی فرآیندی است که نظرات، احساسات و نگرش افراد در ارتباط با موضوعی خاص استخراج میشود و بهعنوان شاخهای از متنکاوی شناخته میشود. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل احساسات میتواند در سیستمهای پیشنهاددهنده جهت ارائه پیشنهادهای کاراتر برای خرید مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. اطلاعات حاصل از عقیده کاوی میتواند در زمینههای مختلف ازجمله کتابخانهها در انتخاب بهتر و خرید مبتنی بر نظرات واقعی کاربران کاربرد داشته باشد. در این پژوهش سیستمی جهت دستهبندی خودکار احساسات بیانشده در نظرات مربوط به خریداران کتاب سایت آمازون ارائه شده است. سیستم با استفاده از مدلهای ترکیبی برای تحلیل احساسات نظرات کاربران سایت آمازون طراحی شده است. جهت کلیه تحلیلها از پکیجهای متنکاوی پایتون استفاده است. نتایج نشان میدهند سیستم پیشنهادی میتواند بهصورت خودکار نظرات مثبت و منفی را با دقت بالای 80% دستهبندی نماید.

طراحی مدلی جهت ارزیابی توسعه داشبورد سازمانی با منطق هوش تجاری در سازمانها
داشبورد سازمانی، ابزاری است غنی از شاخصها، گزارشها و نمودارها که بهصورت پویا عمل کرده تا مدیران با استناد به آن بتوانند در هرلحظه عملکرد سازمان را مشاهده نمایند. لیکن جهت بهرهور شدن دادهها، استفاده از منطق هوش تجاری اجتنابناپذیر است. هوش تجاری سیستمی است که دادههای مختلف و پراکنده یک سازمان را یکپارچه میکند و از طریق تشکیل پایگاه داده تحلیلی میتواند گزارشهای تحلیلی را برای تصمیمگیری مدیران سازمان فراهم کند. لذا جهت بهرهوری و تطابق هر چه بیشتر با اهداف و راهبردها، ضروری است میزان توسعه داشبورد سازمانی در سازمانها با مدلی مناسب مورد ارزیابی گیرد. این پژوهش با استفاده از مطالعه عمیق ادبیات موضوع، تعداد 357 کد مربوط به توسعه داشبورد سازمانی با منطق هوش تجاری را شناسایی و با استفاده از روشهای کیفی تحلیل مضمون و گروه کانونی این کدها را به 24 مضمون پایه و 7 مضمون سازمان دهنده تبدیل کرد. در مرحله بعد در دو مرحله مجزا با استفاده از روش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری به مدلسازی مضامین پایه و مضامین سازمان دهنده بهطور مجزا پرداخته و با توجه به همخوانی دو مدل اقدام به تلفیق آنها و ایجاد مدل نهایی ارزیابی توسعه داشبورد سازمانی با منطق هوش تجاری نموده است که میتواند نقشه راهی دقیق برای سازمانها جهت طراحی و پیادهسازی این سیستم باشد.

مدلی برای دولت هوشمند: تبیین ابعاد دولت هوشمند با استفاده از روش فراترکیب
نزدیک به دو دهه است که در دنیا ارائه انواع خدمات الکترونیکی از سوی سازمانها آغاز شده است و بسیاری از پژوهشگران از رویکرد هوشمند سازی دولت سخن گفتهاند. با این وجود تعریف دقیقی از دولت هوشمند، اجزاء و ابعاد آنکه دارای اجماع باشد وجود ندارد. از طرفی هزینه بالای اجرای پروژههای خدمات الکترونیکی در سطح کلان، دولتها را به مدلسازی اولیه دولت الکترونیکی و کنترل هزینهها تشویق میکند. ازاینرو در این حوزه بیش از یک دهه است که مدلهای مختلف توسعه، ارائه خدمات، ارزیابی و دیگر ابعاد دولت الکترونیکی مطرح و بحث شده است اما به دلیل نو بودن مباحث دولت هوشمند بهعنوان نسل جدید دولت الکترونیک هنوز چارچوب و مدل مشخصی ارائه نشده است. هدف از این پژوهش احصاء و شناسایی اجزاء و ابعاد دولت هوشمند و طبقهبندی آنهاست؛ بنابراین تلاش شده است تا با روش فراترکیب به مطالعه نظاممند مستندات علمی مرتبط با بحث پرداخته و مدلی برای دولت هوشمند ارائه شود. در پایان با استفاده از روش آنتروپی شانون شاخصهای هر بعد با توجه به مطالعات پیشین رتبهبندی میشود. نتیجه پژوهش نشان میدهد که دولت هوشمند دارای شش بعد است: 1ـ مدیریت و رهبری هوشمند، 2ـ زیرساخت و فناوری هوشمند، 3ـ تعامل هوشمند، 4ـ خدمات هوشمند، 5ـ محیط هوشمند و 6ـ امنیت هوشمند. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد که مدل ارائهشده در مقایسه با پژوهشهای دیگر کاملتر و دارای دستهبندی مشخص است. این پژوهش اولین پژوهش به منظور رتبهبندی شاخصها و ابعاد دولت هوشمند است.

جایگاه کتاب و کتابخوانی در سایت تبیان با رویکرد متنکاوی و تحلیل شبکههای اجتماعی
در این پژوهش با تمرکز بر روی مقوله مطالعه، سایت موسسه فرهنگی و اطلاعرسانی تبیان با استفاده از خوشهبندی موضوعی مورد متنکاوی دقیق قرار گرفته است. با استفاده از روش خوشهبندی موضوعی و متنکاوی، ضمن مشخص نمودن خوشههای موضوعی برجسته و کماهمیت به بررسی اهمیت این موضوع در میان کاربران شبکه تبیان پرداخته شده است. با توجه به ماهیت فرهنگی تبیان و امر خواندن و مطالعه، جستجوی عبارات کلیدی مرتبط بیشترین نتایج را در طبقه موضوعی فرهنگ به ترتیب با 26 و 18 درصد در اختیار خواهد گذاشت. با توجه به ماهیت مجازی و الکترونیکی بودن سایت تبیان، لازم است بخش آموزشهای الکترونیکی این سایت با تولید محتوای آموزشی بیشتر این کمبود را پوشش دهد. باوجود بالا بودن تعداد نتایج حاصل در طبقه موضوعی جامعه، نتایج در کل شبکه برای مقوله کتابخوانی بسیار اندک به نظر میرسد (تنها به ترتیب 952 و 1199 نتیجه در جستجوی عبارت کلیدی خواندن و مطالعه) و این امر لزوم فعالیت بیشتر تبیان در راستای اعتلای این فرهنگ مغفول مانده در کشور را نمایان میسازد. جامعه جهانی هرروز در پرتو تحولات جدید، فنّاوری مدرن را به جامعه ارائه میدهد و در این میان اگر کسی از دانش روز عقب بماند هیچ فرصت جبرانی برای مهرومومهای ازدسترفته ندارد؛ بنابراین، باید برای اهمیت و ارزش دادن افراد به خواندن و مطالعه و ترویج این امر حتی در شبکههای اجتماعی عمیقاً در اندیشه بود و بهطور وسیعی برنامهریزی کرد.
