رابطه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با سهولت کسب و کار در سطح جهان: رهیافت تحلیل خوشهای
فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات دارای پتانسیل توسعه در تمامی ابعاد است؛ بنابراین، بررسی اثر توسعه آن بر بهبود فضای کسبوکار از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. در این پژوهش، با استفاده از دادههای جهانی سال 2017، 140 کشور جهان بر اساس شاخصهای توسعه تجارت الکترونیک و دولت الکترونیک به روش K- میانگین به 4 خوشه با شاخص اعتبار ضریب نیمرخ 705/0 تقسیم شدند. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، کشورهایی با شاخص فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بالاتر که اغلب اعضای خوشه یک را تشکیل میدادند، در شاخصهای فضای کسبوکار نیز دارای رتبههای بالاتری هستند. ایران با وجود رتبه 124 کسبوکار که از میانگین خوشه سوم نیز بالاتر است، از نظر شاخصهای فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در خوشه دوم قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده پیشنهاد میشود که کشور ایران با مطالعه نحوه بهکارگیری زیرساختهای فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در کشورهای پیشرو، استراتژیهایی را بهمنظور افزایش اثربخشی فناوری اطلاعات در بهبود فضای کسبوکار تدوین کند.

شناسایی و سطحبندی عوامل موثر بر بلوغ فناوری اطلاعات سازمان با رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری و MICMAC فازی
با توجه به نقش بلوغ فناوری اطلاعات در افزایش رقابتپذیری سازمان، هدف از این پژوهش ارائه الگویی جهت شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر فرآیندهای فناوری اطلاعات سازمان بر مبنای چارچوبهای کتابخانه زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات و اهداف کنترلی برای اطلاعات و فناوری مرتبط و نیز تعیین روابط علی و سطحبندی این عوامل با رویکرد تلفیقی مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری و تحلیل قدرت هدایت-وابستگی فازی است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و بر اساس شیوه گردآوری دادهها از نوع پژوهشهای توصیفی-پیمایشی است. در این پژوهش، بهمنظور گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری و میکمک فازی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد شرکت فناپ تشکیل دادند. با توجه به آنکه تعداد اعضاء جامعه آماری محدود بوده و اطلاعات مورد نیاز صرفاً در اختیار تعداد اندکی از کارشناسان بود، لذا نمونه با جامعه آماری برابر بوده (متشکل از 15 نفر خبره سازمانی) و نمونهگیری به شیوه هدفدار قضاوتی انجام پذیرفت. یافتهها نشان داد که با استناد به عوامل مطروحه در این چارچوبها و بهزعم اظهارات خبرگان سازمانی، 14 عامل مؤثر بر بلوغ فناوری اطلاعات در این سازمان در قالب 3 حوزه راهبرد و طرحریزی خدمات فناوری اطلاعات، اکتساب و پیادهسازی خدمات فناوری اطلاعات و نظارت و پشتیبانی خدمات فناوری اطلاعات وجود دارد. بهعلاوه، تحلیل روابط علی میان این عوامل حاکی از تعیین عامل «بهکارگیری استانداردها در فناوری اطلاعات» بهعنوان تأثیرگذارترین، عامل «وجود ساختار سازمانی فناوری اطلاعات» بهعنوان تأثیرپذیرترین و عامل «زیرساخت مطلوب شبکه و مرکز دادهها» بهعنوان مستقلترین عامل در مدل بلوغ فناوری اطلاعات سازمانهای ایرانی بود که نقش بسزایی در تعیین سطح بلوغ فناوری اطلاعات سازمانها داشتند.

مدل ریاضی انتخاب راهکارهای امنیتی در فرآیندهای کسب و کار
فرآیندهای کسبوکار نقشی کلیدی در کسب مزیت رقابتی سازمانها دارند. اجرای بدون توقف عملیات روزمره فرآیندها که ناشی از افزایش امنیت فرایندهای کسبوکار است، بهعنوان یکی از شاخصهای مهم کیفیت فرآیندهای کسبوکار در نظر گرفته میشود. هرچند افزایش سطح امنیت در سازمانها، هزینههای ناشی از نقص امنیت را کاهش میدهد اما در مقابل هزینههای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم استقرار ویژگیهای امنیتی را به سازمان تحمیل میکند. در این پژوهش برای حل این مسئله مدیریتی، مدلی ریاضی ارائه شده است تا با هدف بیشینهسازی سطح امنیت و کمینهسازی هزینههای استقرار، تصمیم بهینه برای انتخاب راهکارهای امنیتی از بین گزینههای موجود برای هر فعالیت در فرآیند کسبوکار را مشخص کند. بخشهای مختلف مدل با استفاده از مطالعه ادبیات نظری و مطالعه موردی فرآیند خرید الکترونیکی شناسایی شد. سپس مثالی عددی در چهارچوب مدل ارائه شده با استفاده از الگوریتم ژنتیک حل شد و نتایج حل مدل با نتایج راهکارهای انتخابشده توسط گروهی از متخصصین مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. نتایج این مقایسه بیانگر برتری جواب مدل نسبت به جواب خبرگان بود.

طراحی الگوی بومی پیاده سازی اینترنت اشیا در شرکت های آزادراهی
اینترنت اشیا به یک شبکه گسترده از اشیا اشاره دارد که در آن تمام اشیا از طریق تجهیزات هوشمند سازی مختلف با یکدیگر در ارتباط هستند. هدف از ایجاد شبکهای از اشیا هوشمند، به وجود آوردن یک سیستم اطلاعاتی یکپارچه و انعطافپذیر است که بهوسیله آن خدماتی نظیر شناسایی، کنترل، ردیابی و دریافت اطلاعات آنلاین از اشیا در دسترسی قرار خواهد گرفت. فناوری اینترنتی اشیا، این امکان را فراهم میآورد تا اشیا پیرامون ما بهطور مجازی با یکدیگر به تبادل اطلاعات بپردازند. هدف از این پژوهش، طراحی الگوی بومی برای پیادهسازی اینترنت اشیا در جادهها و بهینه کردن ترافیک با هوشمند شدن آنها است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، متخصصان و کارشناسان حوزه راهسازی و فناوری اطلاعات کشور در شرکت آزادراهی حرم تا حرم و شرکت ساخت و توسعه آزادراهها بوده است. نمونههای موردنیاز برای مصاحبه کیفی از طریق نمونهگیری هدفمند گردآوری شدند. گردآوری دادهها از طریق مصاحبه با رویکرد تئوری داده بنیاد از 30 متخصص صنعت راهسازی صورت گرفت. درنهایت، 15 مقوله اصلی شامل خصوصیسازی و حمایت دولت، رقابت در بازار، عامل انسانی کارا، تأمین امنیت سیستم و حفظ حریم خصوصی، تعامل ضابطهمند در مقابل رابطه گرایی، اعتمادآفرینی مشتریان، هزینههای اصلاحی ساختارمند، مدیریت زیرساختی و آزادراهی، آشنایی با دانش هوشمند سازی، ساختار تکلیفی حاکمیت، ناوگان بهینه و صنعت خودروسازی هوشمند، مدیریت خدمات فروش بهینه، نبود فشار تحریمی، توسعه فرهنگی جامعه و بهینهسازی حملونقل استخراج گردید و الگوی پارادایمی شکل گرفت

تأثیر استراتژیهای رقابتی بر عملکرد بازاریابان فعال در رسانههای اجتماعی؛ با نقش متغیر تعدیل کننده ویژگیهای سازمانی
رسانههای اجتماعی از ابزارهای نوین فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات است که امروزه در بسیاری از کشورها از جمله در ایران مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و کاربران زیادی از این بستر برای انجام فعالیتهای مرتبط با بازاریابی بهره میگیرند. با توجه به اهمیت رسانههای اجتماعی در بازاریابی، این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر استراتژیهای رقابتی بر عملکرد بازاریابان فعال در رسانههای اجتماعی؛ با نقش متغیر تعدیلکننده ویژگیهای سازمانی پرداخته است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش، تعدادی از بازاریابان رسانههای اجتماعی در شهر مشهد بوده که حجم نمونه با بهرهگیری از جدول مورگان 384 تن در نظر گرفته شده است. روش پژوهش از نظر نحوه گردآوری دادهها توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی و از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی بوده که با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد عملکرد سازمانی هرسی و گلداسمیت (2003) و پرسشنامه ویژگیهای سازمانی و استراتژیهای سازمانی اویوبی و همکاران (2016) اطلاعات لازم جمعآوری گردیده است. نتایج حاصل از تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) به کمک نرمافزار اسمارت پی ال اس (Smart PLS) نشان داد که اولاً ابعاد ویژگیهای سازمانی (ساختار سازمانی، سبک مدیریت، سبک تصمیمگیری) و استراتژیهای رقابتی (استراتژی تمایز، استراتژی رهبری هزینه، استراتژی تمرکز) بر عملکرد بازاریابان فعال در رسانههای اجتماعی تأثیر داشته و ثانیاً استراتژیهای رقابتی از طریق متغیر تعدیل گر ویژگیهای سازمانی بر عملکرد بازاریابان فعال در رسانههای اجتماعی تأثیر دارد.

تقویت رفتار فرا نقش مشتریان در محیط کسب و کار دیجیتال از طریق شخصیت و تجربه برند
گسترش کسبوکارهای دیجیتال همراه با فرصتها و چالشهایی است. یکی از مهمترین این چالشها، اطلاعات منفی در خصوص برندها است. وظیفه مدیران بازاریابی، تقویت انعطافپذیری مشتریان در قبال این اطلاعات منفی است. از سوی دیگر در دو دهه اخیر، بیشتر پژوهشها در حوزه شخصیت و تجربه برند بر تعریف و ویژگی آنها متمرکز بوده که پژوهش حاضر با تمرکز بر شخصیت و تجربه خلقشده در محیط رسانههای اجتماعی ارتباط آن با رفتارهای مشتریان واقعی از طریق متغیرهای میانجی نگرش برند و وفاداری برند را مورد بررسی قرار دهد. بر مبنای فرضیات مطرحشده، مدل مفهومی تحقیق طراحی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه نظرات 311 نفر از کاربران اپلیکیشنهای ارائه خدمات جمعآوری گردید. پس از بررسی روایی و پایایی، فرضیات مطرحشده با استفاده از SEM مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج، نشان داد که شخصیت و تجربه برند آنلاین بر نگرش و وفاداری برند مشتریان تأثیر مستقیم داشته که تأثیر تجربه بیش از شخصیت است. همچنین نتایج، تأثیر آگاهی و وفاداری به برند بر انعطافپذیری مشتریان به اطلاعات منفی را تائید نمود. اگر برندی در محیط آنلاین بتواند علاوه تجربه منحصربهفرد و مطلوب، شخصیتی جذاب به مشتریان القا نماید میتواند بر رفتار فرا نقش مشتریان در فضای مجازی تأثیر مثبت اعمال نمایند و این مشتریان در رسانههای اجتماعی از این برند حمایت و بهصورت مثبت بحثت خواهند نمود. نتیجه تحقیق برای بازاریان و مدیرانی که به دنبال خلق و حفظ رابطه بلند با مشتریان میتواند مفید باشد.

مدل عوامل موثر بر تمایل بانوان به خرید پوشاک از فروشگاه های آنلاین
با رشد تجارت الکترونیک و کسبوکارهای آنلاین متعدد، توجه به رفتار بانوان که بخش مهم و چشمگیری از مصرفکنندگان این حوزه به شمار میروند بیشتر اهمیت یافته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر تمایل بانوان به خرید آنلاین پوشاک است. در این راستا دادههایی با استفاده از پرسشنامه از 400 نفر از بانوان استان خوزستان به شیوه در دسترس جمعآوری و مدل مفهومی پژوهش به روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از " نرمافزار اسمارت پی ال اس 3" مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از تأثیر مثبت و معنادار استفاده آنلاین همیشگی، هنجارهای ذهنی و نگرش به خرید آنلاین بر تمایل به خرید آنلاین بود. مزایای درک شده نیز بر نگرش به خرید آنلاین تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت. علاوه بر این، نتایج حاصل از آزمون سوبل نیز نشان داد که نگرش به خرید آنلاین نقش میانجی در تأثیر مزایای درک شده بر تمایل به خرید آنلاین ایفا میکند.

پیشآمدها و پیامدهای کیفیت رابطه آنلاین در خریدهای اینترنتی
هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدلی برای پیشبینی پیشامدها و پیامدهای کیفیت رابطه در خریدهای آنلاین مشتریان در خصوص خرید کالاهای فیزیکی است. بدین منظور مشتریانی که در شهر تبریز بهصورت آنلاین از فروشگاههای اینترنتی خریداری کردهاند بهعنوان جامعه آماری انتخاب شدند و تعداد 462 مشـتری بـا تکمیـل پرسشـنامه، در تحقیق مشارکت کردند. برای انتخاب نمونهها، از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس اسـتفاده و فرضیههای تحقیق با استفاده از تکنیک مدلسـازی معـادلات سـاختاری و نرمافزار AMOS مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. یافتهها نشان داد که کیفیت وبسایت، پیوندهای رابطهای آنلاین و اعتبار و شهرت فروشنده بر کیفیت رابطه آنلاین تأثیر مثبتی دارد (پیشامدهای کیفیت رابطه آنلاین). همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که کیفیت رابطه آنلاین بر تبلیغات دهانبهدهان آنلاین، سهم مشتری آنلاین، وفاداری مشتری آنلاین و نظرات مشتریان آنلاین تأثیر مثبتی دارد (پیامدهای کیفیت رابطه آنلاین). یافتههای این پژوهش به همراه یافتههای قبلی به این نکته اشاره میکنند که به روابط بلندمدت آنلاین که عصاره بازاریابی رابطهمند آنلاین است باید با دیده عمیق نگاه کرد؛ زیرا کیفیت رابطه آنلاین بهعنوان یک حلقه وصلکننده بین نگرش و رفتارهای مشتری و فروشندههای اینترنتی است. در صنعت خردهفروشی آنلاین، بازاریابان برای تداوم رابطه با مشتریان آنلاین در بلندمدت باید به فکر رشد و توسعه رابطه آنلاین باشند و خودشان را به اقداماتی مجهز کنند که به تقویت کیفیت رابطه منجر شود. این مدل به مدیران کسبوکارهای اینترنتی کمک میکند نکات کلیدی کیفیت رابطه آنلاین را شناسایی کنند و هدایتگر خوبی برای بازاریابی رابطهمند در کسبوکار باشند.
