ارتباط میان حاکمیت پروژه و حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات و اثر آن بر عملکرد پروژه
در کسبوکارهای امروزی، پروژهها بهعنوان بخش مهمی از عملیات کسبوکار تلقی میشوند؛ بنابراین، موفقیت پروژهها تأثیر مستقیمی بر موفقیت شرکتها دارد؛ بنابراین محققان و متخصصان در تلاش بودهاند تا با پیشنهاد و پیادهسازی روشهای مدیریت پروژه، عملکرد پروژه را بهبود بخشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پاسخگویی به این سؤال که چگونه میتوان از طریق لحاظ نمودن حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات و حاکمیت پروژه، عملکرد پروژه را بهبود بخشید، به رشته تحریر در آمده است. پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحقیق «توصیفی-پیمایشی» با نمونهای متشکل از 183 نفر از کارکنان بانک ملت و با ابزار پرسشنامه و از طریق روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و با بهرهگیری از نرمافزارهای Smart PLS و SPSS برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها انجام شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که هم حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات و هم حاکمیت پروژه اثر مثبتی بر عملکرد پروژه میگذارند. این یافتهها شواهدی را برای متخصصان مدیریت پروژه فراهم میآورد، مبنی بر اینکه حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات و حاکمیت پروژه بخشی از راهبرد عملیاتی در تسهیل بخشیدن به موفقیت پروژهها هستند. این پژوهش همچنین اهمیت همسویی راهبردی بین حاکمیت فناوری اطلاعات و حاکمیت پروژه در تقویت عملکرد پروژه را نشان میدهد.

تأثیر مزایای زیباییشناسی و نمادین برند بر تعهد به برند با میانجیگری تعلق به برند در بین مصرفکنندگان برند اپل
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، ارائه مدلی است که ساختاری مفید برای استفاده مدیران و محققان حوزه تعهد مشتری و برند است. این مطالعه به این پرسش پاسخ میدهد که چگونه مزایای زیباییشناسی برند و مزایای نمادین برند به تعهد مشتری منجر شده و احساس تعلقخاطر به برند چگونه این رابطه را میانجیگری میکند. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از حیث گردآوری دادهها، پیمایشی و توصیفی است. جمعآوری دادههای مورد نیاز تحقیق با استفاده از پرسشنامه 20 سؤالی استاندارد و سنجیده شده با طیف پنج گزینهای لیکرت انجام گرفته و بهصورت نمونهگیری غیر تصادفی هدفمند بین 350 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه زنجان به دست آمده است. یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که مزایای زیباییشناسی و نمادین برند، دارای تأثیر مثبت و معنادار بر تعهد است و همچنین متغیر احساس تعلقخاطر به برند عامل میانجی مثبتی بین رابطه مزایای زیباییشناسی و نمادین برند بر تعهد به برند است.

در پی گرم شدن کره زمین، افزایش هزینههای انرژی در سازمانها و افزایش سرمایهگذاریها در بررسی روشهای حفاظت از محیطزیست، یک جنبش جهانی برای بهکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات بهصورت سازگار با محیطزیست به وجود آمده است. «فناوری اطلاعات سبز» نامی است که برای این جنبش انتخاب شده است و نمایانگر استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با هدف کاهش مصرف انرژی و ضایعات زیستمحیطی است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش سنجش اثر زمینههای فناورانه، سازمانی و محیطی بر پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات سبز در صنعت بانکداری کشور است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه مدیران سطح ستادی بانکهای کشور میباشند که حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 129 نفر به دست آمد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی و ابزار گردآوری پرسشنامه بوده و برای تحلیل دادهها از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار لیزرل استفاده شد. یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد که متغیرهای مزیت نسبی، سازگاری، کیفیت منابع انسانی، حمایت مدیران ارشد، ویژگیهای صنعت و حمایت قانونی بر پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات سبز در صنعت بانکداری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که متغیر پیچیدگی بر پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات سبز در صنعت بانکداری تأثیر منفی دارد.

تبیین الزامات سامانه مدیریت هوشمند آب در ایران
در صنعت آب و فاضلاب ایران، علیرغم توجه به سامانههای مبتنی بر مدیریت هوشمند، اهداف عملیاتی و پیشنیازهای استقرار آنها، چندان مورد توجه قرار نگرفته و باوجود سرمایهگذاری فراوان، عدم توجه به این موضوع تا حد بسیار زیادی، اثربخشی آنها را با ابهام مواجه کرده است؛ بنابراین، این پژوهش درصدد است تا رویکردی یکپارچه را بهمنظور توضیح جایگاه سامانههای اسکادا در بطن شبکه هوشمند آب اتخاذ و به تبیین الزامات استقرار آنها بپردازد. بر همین اساس در گام نخست از مطالعه پیشینه، مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته با مدیران، تحلیل مضمون و ایجاد چارچوب اولیه و سپس مصاحبه گروهی و تشکیل گروه کانونی با اصحاب صنعت جهت اعتباربخشی و سرانجام توزیع پرسشنامه بین معاونین شرکتهای آب و فاضلاب استانی و آزمون فریدمن استفاده و چارچوب نهایی اهداف و پیشنیازهای مدیریت هوشمند آب و زیرسامانه اسکادای آن در ابعاد مورد نظر ارائه شده است که میتواند مبنای توسعه اجرای آنها باشد.

طراحی و تبیین پیامدهای همکاری رقابتی برای ورود به بازار در صنعت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات
شرایط سخت بازارهای فرا رقابتی امروز، نهتنها هزینه و ریسک ورود به بازار را بهطور چشمگیری افزایش داده، بلکه موجب شده تا سازمانهای نوپا در بدو ورود به بازار شکست بخورند. همکاریهای رقابتی، نوعی پارادایم فکری است که در پاسخ به مسائل بازارهای امروزی مطرح شد. در همکاریهای رقابتی، بازیگران اقتصادی از طریق همکاری با یکدیگر به خلق ارزش پرداخته درحالیکه بهصورت همزمان برای کسب سهم بیشتری از همان ارزش در حال رقابت هستند. یکی از مسائل مهم پیش روی تصمیمگیرندگان در پروژههای همکاری رقابتی، این است که چگونه باید پیامدهای این نوع همکاریها را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده و تصمیم به ورود یا عدم ورود و همچنین ادامه یا قطع این همکاریها نمود؛ بنابراین، هدف این پژوهش نیز طراحی و تبیین پیامدهای همکاری رقابتی در ورود به بازار در صنعت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات ایران است که ابتدا با استفاده از استراتژی نظریه داده بنیاد چندگانه به تحلیل دادههای حاصل از مرور نظاممند ادبیات در بازه زمانی 15 سال اخیر پرداخته، سپس مصاحبه با 16 نفر از خبرگان صورت گرفته است. نهایتاً مدلی توسعه دادهشده که در آن پیامدهای همکاری رقابتی در سه گروه «عملکرد برند»، «عملکرد صنعت» و «عملکرد ورود به بازار» تبیین شده است.

ارزیابی فناوریهای خودکاربری بر مبنای شاخصهای استفاده مستمر مشتریان از خدمات صنعت بانکداری الکترونیکی
پژوهش حاضر، با هدف ارزیابی فناوریهای خودکاربری بر مبنای شاخصهای استفاده مداوم مشتریان از خدمات بانکداری الکترونیکی با رویکردی آمیخته صورت گرفته است. برای شناسایی معیارهای استفاده مداوم مشتریان از خدمات بانکداری الکترونیکی، از مطالعات کتابخانهای و مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته با خبرگان و برای رتبهبندی فناوریهای خودکاربری از یک پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی استفاده شده است. روایی پرسشنامه به روش محتوایی و پایایی آن با محاسبه نرخ سازگاری ماتریس تجمیع حاصل گردید. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان شعب بانک سامان که با نمونهگیری هدفمند قضاوتی به تعداد 12 نفر برای مشارکت در فرآیند پژوهش بکار گرفته شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در بخش کمی با تکنیک AHP فازی و استفاده از نرم افزار متلب انجام شده است. نتایج نشان داد که فناوریهای خودکاربری بر مبنای سه مؤلفه استفاده از بانکداری الکترونیکی شامل؛ ارزش مشتریان، کیفیت خدمات و آمادگی مشتریان، دارای رتبهبندی متفاوتی بودهاند که در این بین دستگاه POS با وزنی معادل (662/0) دارای بیشترین اهمیت بوده است. رتبه استفاده از سایر گزینهها به ترتیب؛ عابر بانک (181/0)، موبایل بانک (101/0) و اینترنت بانک (056/0) است.

رویکردی ترکیبی از FMEA و تئوری خاکستری برای رتبه بندی ابعاد مدیریت ریسک امنیت اطلاعات
پژوهش حاضر با هدف رتبهبندی هر یک از ابعاد مدیریت ریسک امنیت اطلاعات در سازمانها انجام شده است. به همین منظور ابتدا با استفاده از مطالعه ادبیات پژوهش و نظرات خبرگان ابعاد و شاخصهای مدیریت ریسک امنیت اطلاعات تعیین شده است. بهمنظور رتبهبندی عوامل مورد مطالعه با استفاده از رویکرد ترکیبیFMEA و تئوری خاکستری، 50 پرسشنامه در میان کارشناسان صنعت IT که بهصورت صورت قضاوتی-هدفمند انتخاب شدهاند، توزیع و جمعآوری شده است. تجزیهوتحلیل نتایج نشان میدهد امنیت ارتباطات رتبه نخست اهمیت را به خود اختصاص میدهد. زیرساخت، عوامل انسانی، مدیریت امنیت، کنترل دسترسی به اطلاعات و توسعهی سیستمهای اطلاعاتی امن به ترتیب در رتبههای دوم تا ششم قرار گرفتند. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده پیشنهاد میشود سازمانها اقدام به ایجاد دپارتمان مستقل امنیت در سازمان نمایند. همچنین، تهیه فهرستی از کلیهی داراییهای اطلاعاتی سازمان و مشخص نمودن اهداف کنترلی و راهبردی در حوزه امنیت اطلاعات در سازمان میتواند برای سازمانها مفید باشد. اگر سازمانی دارای چندین شعبه است و نیاز به ارتباط از طریق اینترنت دارد، ترجیحاً ارتباطات بهصورت VPN (رمزنگاریشده) برقرار گردد. درصورتیکه سازمان خودکارسازی تحت وب دارد، این سایت میبایست مجهز به مجوزSSL و پروتکل https باشد.

مزایا، ملاحظات و راهکارها تأمین امنیت گذرگاه تبادل اطلاعات دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران
بسترسازی و توسعه دولت الکترونیک درعینحال که میتواند موجب بهبود امنیت کشور و مبارزه با فساد باشد، از سوی دیگر میتواند خود بستری برای جرائم و فسادهای جدید و حتی تسهیلکننده فسادهای قبل باشد. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و اولویتبندی الزامات امنیتی درگاه تبادل اطلاعات دولت (GSB) بهعنوان یکی از الگوهای دولت الکترونیک انجام شد. در این راستا پس از بررسی کتابخانهای، مصاحبههای اختصاصی با دستگاههای ذیربط انجام شد و سپس با تحلیل محتوای مصاحبهها و دیگر منابع موجود، نیازمندیهای امنیتی بازیگران امنیت فناوری اطلاعات کشور راجع به این درگاه، پالایش شد. در این مرحله و بر اساس پرسشنامه تحقیق، سه دسته نیازمندی راهبردی، فنی و تأثیر روی امنیت ملی، شناسایی شد. نیازمندیهای راهبردی مواردی مثل تشکیل کمیته امنیت GSB، تنظیم لوایح و قوانین مورد نیاز و نظارت بر اجرای صحیح الزامات امنیتی شناسایی هستند. در مرحله بعد، بهوسیله مدل کانو و ابزار QFD نیازمندیها تحلیل و اولویتبندی شده ن و همچنین ارتباط بین نیازمندیها و الزامات امنیتی مشخص شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که روش GSB در مقایسه با روشهای P2P و روش تبادل اطلاعات کاغذی، در تمامی نیازمندیهای امنیتی بهجز وجود «سند الزامات امنیتی» ارجحیت دارد.

طراحی مدل هوشمندی کسبوکار با رویکرد داده-بنیاد
سازمانها با مشکلات متفاوتی در استفاده بهینه از دادهها مواجهاند. هوشمندی کسبوکار بهخوبی سازمانها را در این امر یاری میکند. این مقاله مبتنی بر پژوهش کیفی است که با استفاده از استراتژی نظریهپردازی داده بنیاد به طراحی مدل هوشمندی کسبوکار در شرکتهای پتروشیمی مستقر در منطقه ویژه اقتصادی ماهشهر میپردازد. به همین منظور با 13 تن از مدیران و خبرگان مهندسی/فناوری پتروشیمی بهعنوان نمونه و به روش نیمه ساختاریافته مصاحبه انجام شد و متون مصاحبه در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. مدل پس از طراحی به روش دلفی مورد ارزیابی مشارکتکنندگان و تأیید آنان قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق مدلی را ارائه میدهد که به انگیزههای روی آوردن به هوشمندی کسبوکار و عوامل مؤثر بر آن میپردازد و به شرکتهای پتروشیمی منطقه در پیادهسازی موفق هوشمندی کسبوکار، تصمیمگیری بهینه در تمامی سطوح و دستیابی به سازمانی هوشمند کمک میکند.

مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری عوامل موثر بر فریب ادراک شده تبلیغات در شبکه های اجتماعی
تبلیغات یکی از مهمترین اجزای ناپایدار یک نهاد تجاری است و توسعه و پیشرفت فنّاورانه بهویژه رسانههای اجتماعی آنلاین، فشار و تأثیر تبلیغات را بانفوذتر و قدرتمندتر کرده است. این در حالی است که فریب یکی از معضلات اخلاقی مهم در تبلیغات بهحساب میآید و که با رشد شبکههای اجتماعی، گسترش یافته است و باعث ایجاد آسیبهایی به مصرفکننده میگردد. با توجه به این مهم، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدلی در مورد عوامل مؤثر بر فریب درک شده تبلیغات در شبکههای اجتماعی آنلاین است. برای تحقق این هدف، از رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری- تفسیری و نرمافزارهای متلب و میک مک استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را اساتید دانشگاهی و خبرگان حوزه بازاریابی و تبلیغات در حوزه رسانههای اجتماعی تشکیل دادهاند. نتایج نشان داد عامل ویژگی تبلیغات شبکههای اجتماعی در ارتباط با موضوع پژوهش و ارائه مدل فریب ادراکشده تبلیغات شبکههای اجتماعی از اثرگذاری بیشتری برخوردار است و در مقابل عاملهای سودمندی ادراکشده، دانش مشتری، اعتماد ادراکشده، نگرش مشتری، ویژگیهای مشتری و ویژگیهای رسانه دارای بیشترین تأثیرپذیری و کمترین تأثیرگذاری در مدل ارائه شده، هستند. همچنین، نتایج نشان میدهد عامل اول؛ یعنی ویژگیهای تبلیغات شبکههای اجتماعی چون دارای قدرت هدایتکنندگی زیاد؛ ولی وابستگی کم است، جزو متغیرهای نفوذی یا بهعبارتدیگر محرک به شمار میآید و سایر عاملها نیز دارای قدرت هدایت زیاد و وابستگی زیاد هستند. این متغیرها غیر ایستا بوده و در دسته متغیرهای پیوندی قرارگرفتهاند.

سناریوهایی برای کنترل و پایش هوشمند وسایل نقلیه با استفاده از اینترنت اشیاء
حملونقل هوشمند بهعنوان یک ضرورت و راهحل انکارناپذیر در شهرهای پرترافیک امروزی مطرح است. در این پژوهش، شش سناریو مبتنی بر حملونقل هوشمند طراحی و پیادهسازی گردید. در سناریو اول؛ فرآیند پایش و کنترل سرعت خودرو تحلیل و پیادهسازی گردید. در سناریو دوم و سوم؛ فرآیندهای پایش خودروها در ورود و تردد در محدودههای طرح ترافیک و زوج و فرد تحلیل و پیادهسازی گردید. در سناریو چهارم؛ فرآیند پایش خودروها در هنگام نقص فنی خودرو و اطلاعرسانی هوشمند سیستم امداد خودرو طراحی و پیادهسازی شد. در سناریو پنجم؛ سیستم امدادرسانی در حوادث و تصادفات و اطلاعرسانی هوشمند به مرکز اورژانس طراحی و پیادهسازی گردید و در سناریو ششم؛ سیستم هوشمند پایش خودرو و اطلاعرسانی و ارسال پیام به مالک و نیروی انتظامی، در حین و پس از سرقت خودرو در جهت پیشگیری و مکانیابی خودرو مسروقه طراحی و پیادهسازی شد. فرآیند ارسال پیام بهصورت پوشش کامل در محدوده شهر هوشمند به نحوی پیادهسازی گردیده که در صورت لزوم علاوه بر مرکز، کلیه خودروهای موجود در فرآیند حملونقل هوشمند پیام را دریافت نمایند. جهت انجام فرآیند پیادهسازی از یک نقطه دسترسی که وظیفهاش ارسال پیام است استفاده شد. اولین چالش این پژوهش، انتخاب گرههای ثابت هدف بود که با استفاده از الگوریتم برنامهریزی آرمانی رتبهبندی شده فازی، طراحی و پیادهسازی گردید. پس از حل چالش اول، با توجه به مشکل برد ارتباطی در شبکه خودرویی چالش مسیریابی پیام از نقطه دسترســـی به گره ثابت هدف مطرح شد که با استفاده از روش الگوریتم Dijkstra برطرف شد. پس از شبیهسازی، نتایج بهدستآمده با الگوریتم eTGMD ازنظر پارامترهای نرخ تحویل پیام، تأخیر تحویل، تعداد مخابرههای بسته مصرفی و تعداد گرههای هدف ثابت مقایسه شد. نتایج الگوریتم پیشنهادی، بهبود مناسب و بهینهای را نسبت به الگوریتم eTGMD نشان داد.v
