مدل ارزیابی آمادگی الکترونیکی سازمانها در ایران جهت به کارگیری خدمات فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی
در این تحقیق بامرور ادبیات موضوع و تحلیل تطبیقی مدلهای ارزیابی میزان آمادگی الکترونیکی، مدل مفهومیمتناسب با شرایط بومی برای سنجشمیزان آمادگی سازمانها جهت پذیرش، به کارگیری و بهرهگیری از فناوریاطلاعات و ارتباطات توسعه داده شد.این مدل شامل 6 معیار اصلی (تاکید وتعهد مدیریت ارشد، سیاستها وراهبردهای IT ،ابعاد تخصصی مدیریت، توسعه منابع انسانی IT، زیرساخت IT و فرآیندهای مبتنی برIT) و 25 زیر معیاراست. اعتبار این مدل از طریق کسب نظر خبرگان و انجام آزمون های آماری اعتبار سنجی اولیه صورت گرفت. سپس بااستفاده از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و روش مقایسات زوجی و به کارگیری نرم افزار اکسپرت چویس به ارزیابی معیارها، زیر معیارها و وزندهی آنها پرداخته شد. در ادامه در مطالعه میدانی،مدل مذکور برای ارزیابی آمادگی سازمان مورد مطالعه به کارگرفته شد ونتایج و پیشنهادهای مرتبط با توسعه وارتقاء سطح مطلوبیت هر معیار و زیرمعیار ارائه گردید.

عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش نظام ملی کدگذاری کالاها و خدمات (ایرانکد) توسط شرکتها
پذیرش و بهکارگیری فناوریهای اطلاعاتی نوین توسط شمار بیشتری از افراد در یک جامعه، در موفقیت فناوری و توجیه سرمایهگذاری هنگفت زیرساختی برای گسترش آن، نقش اساسی ایفا میکند. با درک ساز و کار پذیرش یک فناوری نزد افراد، میتوان ایجاد محصولات فناورانه و ارائه آنها به جامعه را به گونهای انجام داد که این فناوریها متقاضیان بیشتری داشته باشند. یکی از سامانههای فراگیر در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات، نظام ملی طبقهبندی و کدگذاری کالاها و خدمات (ایرانکد) است که در ایران در دست توسعه است و پذیرش آن توسط شرکتها و مؤسسات ایرانی دارای اهمیت زیادی است. این مقاله برگرفته از یک کار پژوهشی است که برای بررسی پذیرش ایرانکد با بهرهگیری از الگوی پذیرش فناوری(TAM) صورت گرفته است. در این تحقیق که روی نمونهای مرکب از 204 نفر از کارکنان مرتبط با موضوع ایرانکد شرکتهای عضو این سامانه انجام شده است، سودمندی درک شده (PU)، سادگی کاربرد درک شده (PEOU)، نگرش به ایرانکد و تمایل یا قصد استفاده از آن و روابط بین آنها سنجیده شده است. دادههای گردآوری شده با بهرهگیری از روشهای تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و تحلیل مسیر تجزیه و تحلیل شده و نتایج نشان میدهد که بین «سادگی کاربرد درکشده» و «سودمندی درکشده» و همچنین بین «سودمندی درکشده» و «نگرش» کارکنان نسبت به ایرانکد رابطه مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد.

بهینه سازی طیف رادیویی در ایران با به کارگیری فناوری رادیو شناختگر
توسعه فناوریهای وابسته به طیف فرکانس رادیویی و افزایش تقاضا برای آن از یک سو و عدم استفاده کارا از طیف از سوی دیگر، درآینده نزدیک به مشکل کمبود طیف به عنوان منبعی محدود و پرارزش منجر خواهد شد. بکارگیری فناوری رادیو شناختگر این امکان را فراهم خواهد نمود تا مدیریت طیف از حالت سنتی به حالت پویا تغییر یافته و بهرهبرداری از طیف رادیویی کاراتر شود. در این تحقیق دو رویکرد "تخصیص سلسله مراتبی طیف" و " بازار ثانویه طیف" به سازمان تنظیم و مقررات رادیویی کشور پیشنهاد شده و برای هر رویکرد فرصتها و تهدیدات برون سازمانی و همچنین نقاط قوت و ضعفهای درون سازمانی تعیین شده است. نتایج نهایی نشان داد که در رویکرد تخصیص سلسله مراتبی طیف نقاط قوت خوبی در سازمان تنظیم مقررات و ارتباطات رادیویی جهت بکارگیری فناوری رادیو شناختگر وجود دارد ولی با توجه به تهدیدات محیطی بهترین نوع استراتژی تنوع میباشد. اما در رویکرد بازار ثانویه طیف با وجود نقاط قوت مناسب و فرصتهای خوب، بهترین نوع استراتژی تهاجم یا پیشروی است.

این پژوهش به دنبال رابطه بین میزان درجه گستردگی اتوماسیون و اثربخشی سازمان است. اهمیت و نقش اتوماسیون و وسایل تکنولوژیک برای ارائه خدمات بهتر و جدیدتر و سازگار نمودن سازمانها برای رویارویی با محیطهای متنوع و در حال تغییر امروزی و از طرفی مهم بودن اثربخشی برای این که سازمانها به کار خود ادامه دهند وبررسی این موضوع که آیا سازمانهای دولتی درسطح استان با توجه به برنامههای توسعه از سیستمهای مکانیزه استفاده میکنند و آیا این به کارگیری مفید بوده است؟، زمینههای اجرای این پژوهش را فراهم نمود. سپس با مطالعه مقالات، کتب، استفاده از پایگاه دادهها به گردآوری ادبیات نظری در ارتباط با اتوماسیون، اثربخشی و رابطه اتوماسیون و اثربخشی اقدام شد و فرضیات تدوین گردید. سپس از میان جامعه آماری شامل سازمانهای دولتی قلمرو تحقیق (استان گیلان) نمونههای معرف شامل چهار سازمان انتخاب شد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز و آزمون فرضیات به توزیع پرسشنامه و انجام مصاحبه و مشاهده اقدام گردید. با توجه به روشهای آماری که شامل آزمون میانگین و آزمون تفاوت میانگین تحلیل آماری صورت گرفت و پژوهشگران با اجرای روشهای آماری به نتیجهگیری و ارائه پیشنهادات در مورد سازمانهای مورد مطالعه اقدام نمودند تا آمادگی لازم برای تحقق اهداف و کارآمدی نظام اداری با توجه به کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات امکان پذیر شود

مدل ارزیابی سطح هوش تجاری در سیستمهای سازمانی
بسیاری از سازمانها که امروزه، سیستمهای سازمانی مانند سیستمهای برنامهریزی منابع سازمان (ERP)، سیستمهای مدیریت زنجیره تامین (SCM) و سیستمهای مدیریت روابط مشتریان (CRM) را پیادهسازی نمودهاند، هنوز از هوش تجاری در فرایندهای تصمیمگیری برخوردار نیستند. مدلها و روشهای ارزیابی و سنجش هوش تجاری در سیستمهای سازمانی میتواند در تشخیص سطح هوش سیستمها و ایجاد فضای مناسب پشتیبانی تصمیمگیری، مفید باشند. در این مقاله در مورد معیارهای ارزیابی هوش تجاری، ساختار و عوامل موثر در مدل ارزیابی هوش تجاری بحث می شود. عوامل و مدل پیشنهادی جهت ارزیابی هوش تجاری ارائه شده در این مقاله، سازمانها را در ارتقاء تصمیمگیری یاری می رساند. این تحقیق با مرور جامع ادبیات موضوع، پیمایش و انجام تحلیل عاملی، یک مدل شش عاملی شامل ابعاد "پشتیبانیتصمیمتحلیلیهوشمند"، "یکپارچگیبامحیطوتجربیاتگروهی"، "مدلهایتوصیهکنندهوبهینهکننده"، "دلیلآوری"، "ابزارهایارتقاتصمیم"، و "رضایتذینفعان" جهت ارزیابی هوش تجاری ارائه مینماید. این مدل با ارائه معیارها و عوامل ارزیابی سطح هوش، به سازمانها در طراحی، خرید و پیادهسازی سیستمها و نرمافزارها در راستای پشتیبانی تصمیم بهتر در تمامی سطوح کمک مینماید. کلید واژگان:هوش تجاری، پشتیبانی تصمیم، سیستمهای سازمانی، مدل ارزیابی

تحلیل و رتبهبندی عوامل موثر بر پذیرش تجارت الکترونیک در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط صنایع غذایی و آشامیدنی
تجارت الکترونیک از جمله موضوعات مهم در سالهای اخیر است که توجهات زیادی را در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات به خود معطوف کرده است. پایین آوردن هزینههای جمع آوری اطلاعات از مشتریان، دسترسی به طیف وسیعی از مشتریان و تعامل با شبکهای از تاثیر گذاران محیطی تنها پارهای از مزایای این تجارت است. با این وجود این تجارت در کشورمان همچون طفلی نوپا در آغاز راه خود بسر می برد از اینرو شناخت جوانب و زوایای مختلف نیازمند اهتمام محققان کشور است. لذا در پژوهش پیش رو ضمن معرفی این تجارت، عوامل موثر بر پذیرش چنین تجارتی براساس پژوهشی پیمایشی ـ توصیفی در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط (SMEs) صنایع غذایی و آشامیدنی استان فارس مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق حکایت از این حقیقت دارد که 5 عامل درون سازمانی، حمایتی، زمینه ای، تکنولوژیکی و محیطی عوامل موثر بر پذیرش چنین تجارتی هستند. همچنین تحلیل به کمک الگوی تاپسیس خاکستری(Grey Topsis) نشان داد که از میان عوامل فوق الذکر،دو عامل حمایتی و محیطی، مهمترین عوامل در پذیرش این تجارت است.

بررسی عوامل مقاومت در برابر سرویس پرداخت موبایل با استفاده از روشهای داده کاوی مورد مطالعه : کاربران ایرانی
نظام پرداخت از طریق موبایل امکانی است که در بسیاری از کشورها فراهم گردیده است این نوع پرداخت به دلیل راحتی استفاده، دست یابی همگانی و سریع به گوشی های تلفن همراه و استفاده دائمی افراداز آنها مورد توجه میباشد. ولی متاسفانه بر اساس بررسیهای به عمل آمده استقبال از این سرویس آنطور که پیشبینی میشد، موفق نبوده است. در تحقیق حاضر علل مقاومت افراد در برابر پذیرش این نوع امکانبه خصوصیات فردی شامل جنس، سن، درآمد، سطح تحصیلات، استفاده از اینترنت، توجه به تبلیغات و بالاخره میزان خطر پذیری افراد مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق تلاش میشود، کشف رابطه میان عدم پذیرش سرویس پرداخت موبایل و خصوصیات فردی مشتریان، برنامه عمومی برای جذبمشتریان پیشنهاد شود.لازم به ذکر است که دادههای مورد نیاز مقاله با پرسش از افرادی که حاضر به استفاده از این سرویس نبودهاندجمعآوریگردیدهاست. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روشهای هوشمندانه داده کاوی و درخت تصمیم بهره گرفته شده است.
