طراحی سیستم پیشبینی کننده عملکرد مالی در شرکتهای صنعتی بر مبنای روشهای دادهکاوی
با ظهور انواع جدید کسبوکارها که منتج به افزایش پیچیدگی در فضای کسبوکار شده است، مدیران و سرمایهگذاران بیشازپیش نیازمند ابزارهایی هستند که با استفاده از آنها، شفافیت بیشتری در وضعیت آتی کسبوکار خود ایجاد نمایند. وضعیت مالی سازمانها در همه ادوار از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار بوده است و بررسی سودآوری کسبوکار نیز از طریق تحلیل وضعیت مالی سازمان تبیین میشود. صورتهای مالی، وضعیت مالی سازمان را در یک دوره مشخص در بردارند. در این تحقیق سعی بر آن است که با استفاده از نسبتهای مالی و با بهکارگیری الگوریتمهای دادهکاوی، سیستمی طراحی شود که با توجه به عملکرد گذشته شرکتهای صنعتی، سود خالص آنها را در آینده پیشبینی نماید و بر مبنای آن، تحلیل مناسبی از وضعیت عملکردی شرکت حاصل گردد. سیستم مبتنی بر شبکه عصبی که در این تحقیق طراحی شده است، با کشف روابط موجود میان نسبتهای مالی و سودآوری شرکتها، اقدام به پیشبینی سود خالص سازمانها مینماید.

ارائه متدولوژی استراتژی مدیریت دانش بر اساس مارپیچ دانش سازمان
برای ارزیابی و انتخاب استراتژی مناسب مدیریت دانش، عوامل سازمانی زیادی باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد. از طرفی در رویکرد دینامیک و پویا با نگاهی همهجانبه به سازمان برای ایجاد استراتژی مدیریت دانش، فرآیندهای خلق دانش، تسهیم دانش، حفظ دانش و کسب دانش بهطور مستقیم بر انتخاب استراتژیهای مناسب نقش دارند. در این پژوهش برای تدوین استراتژی مدیریت دانش، متدولوژی ارائه میشود که در آن با تفکیک زیرساختها و فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش، گلوگاه فرآیند مارپیچ دانش سازمان شناسایی شده و بر این اساس راهکارهای راهبردی برای سازمانها تدوین میشود. بدین منظور با مرور مبانی نظری پژوهشهای پیشین، عوامل تأثیرگذار بر استراتژی مدیریت دانش سازمانی، از چارچوبها و روشهای اجرایی استخراج شدند. در این متدولوژی عواملی که بر استراتژی مدیریت دانش، اثر میگذارند عبارتاند از: ساختار سازمانی، فرهنگ سازمانی، فناوری اطلاعات، راهبردهای منابع انسانی و فرآیندهای تسهیم، حفظ، کسب و خلق دانش. در این متدولوژی بر تأثیر متقابل ساختار سازمان، استراتژیهای فناوری اطلاعات و مدیریت منابع انسانی، با رویکردی در فرآیندهای مارپیچ دانش سازمان، بر استراتژی مدیریت دانش تأکید میشود. متدولوژی ارائهشده در قالب فرضیههای تحقیق با نظرسنجی از 36 خبره سازمانی و دانشگاهی، با استفاده از آزمون t تک نمونه و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. در پایان این متدولوژی در دو سازمان با ماهیت مختلف، پیادهسازی و نتایج آن در دو سازمان، تحلیل و مقایسه شد.

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین فناوری اطلاعات و توانمندسازی کارکنان ستادی آموزشوپرورش شرق مازندران می باشد روش تحقیق پژوهش توصیفی _پیمایشی و به شکل میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل 440 نفر از کارکنان ستادی میباشند که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان 205 نفر بهعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه توانمندسازی کارکنان اسپریتزر (1995) شامل 13 سؤال و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته فناوری اطلاعات شامل 65 سؤال استفاده شد. روایی این پرسشنامهها توسط اساتید صاحبنظر این رشته مورد تائید قرار گرفتهاند. همچنین پایایی پرسشنامهها با آلفای کرونباخ (فناوری اطلاعات 784/0 و پرسشنامه توانمندسازی 916/0 ) به دست آمد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها و اطلاعات، در سطح آمار توصیفی از شاخصهایی نظیر فراوانی و درصد و رسم جداول و نمودارها و در سطح آمار استنباطی از آزمون نرمالیته و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون و واریانس استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که بین فناوری اطلاعات و توانمندسازی کارکنان ستادی ادارات آموزشوپرورش شرق مازندران رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد. همچنین رابطه بین فناوری اطلاعات و ابعاد توانمندسازی کارکنان آزمون شد و این نتیجه به دست آمد که بین فناوری اطلاعات با چهار بعد احساس شایستگی، احساس مؤثر بودن، احساس معنیدار بودن، احساس خودمختاری در ادارات آموزشوپرورش شرق مازندران ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.

شناسایی فناوریهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی تسهیلگر فرآیند خلق دانش در شرکت هاکوپیان
هدف از ارائه این مقاله بررسی نقش فناوریهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطاتی در هر یک از فرایندهای خلق دانش نوناکا و نیز تأثیر تسهیم دانش بر نوآوری و یادگیری جمعی کارکنان در سطح سازمان است. بدین منظور چارچوبی بر اساس مدل خلق دانش نوناکا ارائه شده است که به تحلیل رابطه بین فناوریهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطاتی، مدیریت دانش و نوآوری در فرایند و محصول میپردازد. این چارچوب در ادامه در شرکت هاکوپیان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که استفاده وسیعی از فناوریهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی میکند و شرکتی خلاق و نوآور محسوب میشود. روش تحقیق از نوع کیفی بوده و برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختیافته استفاده شده است. نتایج حاکی از این بود که این شرکت از انواع مختلف فناوریهای اطلاعاتی و ارتباطاتی در هر یک از فرایندهای خلق دانش استفاده میکند و ترکیب این فناوریها، نقش مثبتی بر اجتماعیسازی، بیرونیسازی، ترکیب و درونیسازی دانش کارکنان ایفا میکند و در نهایت منجر به نوآوری در محصول و نوآوری در فرآیندهای شرکت میشود.

تحلیل کمی فرصتها و چالشهای کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات سبز در سازمان
امروزه علاقه به شناسایی و سنجش اثرات زیستمحیطی ناشی از کسبوکارهای مختلف سبب افزایش گرایش و علاقه در بین پژوهشگران حوزه سیستمهای اطلاعاتی و فعالان کسبوکار به فناوری اطلاعات سبز شده است. ازاینرو استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات سبز در صنایع با فرصتها و چالشهای متفاوتی روبرو است. این فرصتها و چالشها میتوانند موجب کسب مزیت رقابت بیشتر نسبت به سایر رقبا و همچنین نبود این نوع سیستمها موجب اختلال در فعالیتهای سازمان میشود؛ بنابراین، استفاده از این فرصتها و ارائه راهحلهایی برای چالشهای کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات سبز در سازمان از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. در پژوهش حاضر به تبیین مدلی جهت شناسایی فرصتها و چالشهای موجود برای کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات سبز در سازمان پرداخته شده است. ابعاد اصلی مدل مذکور از بررسی ادبیات نظری فناوری اطلاعات سبز گرفته شده است که بهوسیله تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. در پژوهش حاضر جهت تعیین میزان اهمیت هریک از ابعاد مدل، از نظر کارشناسان حوزه فناوری اطلاعات و اساتید دانشگاه و همچنین مدلسازی غیرخطی فازی استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از مدلسازی ریاضی نشان میدهد که هزینههای پیادهسازی و راهحلهای فناوری اطلاعات سبز میتواند هم بهعنوان یک فرصت و هم بهعنوان یک چالش مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.

سیستم پشتیبان تصمیمگیری هوشمند پزشکی جهت تشخیص بیماری پسوریازیس
تشخیص افتراقی بیماری گروه اریتماتواسکوآموس مسئله بسیار مهمی در درماتولوژی است. بیماریهایی این گروه شامل درماتیت سبوره، لیکن پلان، پیتیریازیس روزه، التهاب پوستی مزمن و پیتیریازیس روبرا پیلاریس است. تشخیص افتراقی پسوریازیس نیاز بهصرف هزینه و زمان زیادی دارد و تشخیص نادرست و یا با تأخیر پیامدهای مخاطرهآمیزی برای بیمار به همراه خواهد داشت. در این راستا سیستم خبره فازی بهمنظور تشخیص بیماری پسوریازیس در هر زمان و در هر مکان ایجاد شد. این پژوهش، یک سیستم خبره بهمنظور تشخیص بیماری پسوریازیس بر اساس منطق فازی و پایگاه دانش مبتنی بر قوانین با استفاده از نرمافزار متلب ایجاد شده است. همچنین برای آزمون سیستم از دادههای 190 بیمار مبتلا به پسوریازیس استفاده شد که ازاینبین 126 نفر مبتلا به بیماری پسوریازیس بودند. صحت، حساسیت و دقت سیستم به ترتیب معادل 96%، 97% و 95% به دست آمد. سطح زیر منحنی ROC معادل 97/0 و آزمون کاپا میزان 92/0. (001/0>p ) به دست آمد. با توجه به اهمیت تشخیص بهموقع بیماری پسوریازیس، بهکارگیری سیستم پشتیبان تصمیمگیری و سیستم خبره مذکور میتواند در جلوگیری از پیشرفت بیماری، کاهش دردهای شدید و کاهش هزینهها نقش مهمی ایفا نماید.
