Abstract

In this research after reviewing the relevant literature and comparative analysis of the e-readiness models, a conceptual framework for evaluation of organizational e-readiness based on the condition of Iranian organizations has been designed. Then, this model with 6 criteria (including commitment of top management, IT policies and strategies, specialized dimension of organizational management, IT human resource development, IT infrastructure and IT-related processes) and 25 sub-criteria was validated by statistical analysis and expert opinions and using Analytical Hierarchy Process technique(AHP)   and its software named Expert Choice. This model was tested and approved in a field study and the results for development and upgradeof the measures of model criteria in organization under study were offered
