In recent years, the growth of social networks and, consequently, the increasing content of these networks have led people to use others’ opinions to make decisions for the purchase and use of products, services or even political choices. Given the fact that users' comments are textual and their reading and summarizing is timely and difficult, the automation of the extraction of opinions and sentiments of users' comments is one of the suggested solutions for online sales sites to provide more efficient services to customers for better decision making. Sentiment analysis or opinion mining is a process where people's opinions, feelings and attitudes are extracted in relation to a particular subject and are recognized as a branch of the text mining. The results of sentiment analysis can be used in recommender systems to provide more effective shopping suggestions. Information derived from the opinion mining can be used in a variety of fields such as libraries for better choices and purchases based on the users' real opinions. In this research, a system for automatically categorizing the sentiments expressed in the opinions of the buyers of the Amazon book website is presented. The system is designed using ensemble voting models to analyze the sentiment of Amazon users' comments. For all analyses, Python text mining packages are used. In ensemble method two methods are used: majority voting and weight-based voting. In the weighting method, a greater weight is assigned to a classifier by higher accuracy. By comparing the performance of the results, the weighting model is chosen as the final model for making the sentiment analysis. Results show that the proposed system can automatically classify positive and negative comments with an accuracy of over 80%.

Development of the Internet and the emergence of innovative ideas in this area increase the importance of supporting the virtual organizations. Virtual incubators are economic development tools that play an important role in developing of new businesses, particularly in the field of Internet. The aim of this research is establishing a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the new phenomenon of virtual incubators. For this purpose, in this paper a systematic review of previous research works in the field of virtual incubators are discussed by meta-synthesis method. This research is descriptive and fundamental. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of past research on the topics such as "Share of subjects", "Research Methods", “common theories” and "launch requirements" are discussed. Results indicate that largest share issue is allocated to the component of business model. The most dominant methods from the perspective of purpose, data collection and run are applied, the library and descriptive in virtual incubators area. Two theories have been seen in the past researches, include: Virtual organization and network theories. Environmental, organizational and technological requirements are three basic categories of requirements for launch and development of virtual incubators. In this paper, with composition and interpretation of previous studies and based on "concept mapping" we provided a conceptual framework for the development of researches in virtual incubators. This framework help to better understanding, improvement and covering the knowledge gap in this area for future research.

Development and establishment of information systems is a costly milestone for organizations, affecting the efficiency and performance of their core activities. Furthermore, education management systems as a workflow encompassed by various flows of information from different sources, have a pivotal role in day-to-day activities of universities.User satisfaction is a major criterion for an information system's success. It affects user's work efficiency and systems's practical usabilty for the user. Focusing on Golestan System, the education management system used at University of Tehran; we formulate a model for user satisfaction in education management systems; especially regarding the effect of user perception of ease of use, user perception of usefulness, user involvement in system's development, user training, senior management support and user experience. Our research population consists of all staff workers in educational services department and based on our findings, user perception of ease of use, user training and senior management support are the most influential parameters on user satisfaction and user perception of usefulness, user involvement in system's development and user experience are not significantly effective.
