Enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) for facilitating the operation of organizations and integration of the process of business data are an important competitive advantage for organizations. To the successful implementation of an ERP system is essential to choose a system that can be aligned with the needs of the organization. Therefore, a proper decision-making approach for the selection of an ERP system is required so that take into accounts the needs and characteristics of the ERP system and also the interaction between them. So in this study, an integrated decision-making framework for the selection of ERP systems based on the concept of QFD, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and Vikor provided. The framework makes the needs of the organization and also features of ERP system. To validate the model, the model is applied in a case. The results of this study show that among of the criteria, the cost and system performance criteria are the most important and sixth supplier is the most proper supplier. In this study, the literature review and analysis of the Criteria used in existing Models, 7 S McKinsey model and environmental factor were used to assess the readiness of Kashan University for the establishment of educational ERP System. This Model has eight main criteria (Strategy, Structure, Systems, Management Style, Staff, Shared values and Environmental Factors) and 25 Sub-Criteria that using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and method of paired comparisons to the evaluation criteria and sub-criteria and weighted them and more in a field study; a questionnaire was used to assess readiness. Results of the study showed that common values with 42% have the amount of preparation and management style with 7% has the lowest in preparation for the deployment of the ERP system. Therefore, University of Kashan has better condition in The implementation of the enterprise resource planning system in terms of the value and structure. Conclusions and recommendations related to have provided for to the utility of the criteria and sub-criteria.

ر The concept of organizational culture is one of the most important organizationalbehavior theories which is also being considered as one of the key critical successfactors of ERP implementation projects. However, this concept is somehowoverlooked in academic research. Hence, the paper tries to articulate therelationship between the two concepts. The study has been implemented in a fieldstudy manner within Iranian companies which have implemented a reputableinternational ERP and had at least nine months of system life. The questionnairetool has also been applied for data gathering in eight real cases. ConfirmatoryFactor Analysis (CFA) using Lisrel and multiple regression method using SPSShave been exploited for data analysis which as a result, all of the five researchhypotheses are statistically supported. In addition, it is implied that thecooperation culture in organizations has the most significant relationship withERP implementation success followed by risk tolerance culture in the second rank.Regarding research results, it seems necessary that it is crucial for managers toimprove their ERP system success level through improving their organizationalculture and plan some actins for this done.

The growing need for this tool and challenges in the course ofimplementation, make necessary study, identify and evaluate managerialaspects of these systems. Also the competitive intelligence as one of modernmanagement concepts accelerates the exchange of information andknowledge in the organization and improve effectiveness of strategicthinking and decision making systems. This study investigates therelationship between the benefits of enterprise resource planning systemswith competitive intelligence and decision making support activities in thefield of small and medium sized businesses. Agents of Moallem InsuranceCompany in Tehran were chosen as case studies, and with using statisticalanalysis, the hypothesis of existence and extent of the relationship betweenthe components of ERP benefits and competitive intelligence were reviewedand approved. The results of this study have provided some scales to themodel of effect of ERP benefits and CI capacities.
