Abstract
Knowledge Management (KM) as a multi-disciplinary field is including a wide range of science fields such as computer, management, information systems, and economics. This study investigates the relationship between culture and organizational commitment and KM in Tavanir Company. The research method is descriptive and correlation-based and questionnaire is used to gather data to determine knowledge management, organizational commitment and organizational culture factors. The population consists of 850 individuals, out of which 267 were used as a sample for this study. The obtained results indicate a significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational culture while, no significant relationship between organizational commitment and knowledge management and organizational culture on organizational commitment has been observed
