رابطه کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات و سایر عوامل مؤثر بر صنایع تولیدی خلاق و نوآور

چکیده

امروزه مدیران صنایع بایستی در امر تولید برنامه­هایی به‌منظور ارتقاء کیفیت محصولات و افزایش سهم بازار از طریق بهبود عملیات تولید ایجاد نمایند. در عصر حاضر به‌کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات یکی از روش­های بهبود در فرایند تولید گردیده است و این امر شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر فناوری اطلاعات را بیش‌ازپیش در صنایع پیشرو نمایان می­کند. هدف این پژوهش انجام یک تحقیق در مورد میزان همبستگی عوامل اثرگذار بر صنایع تولیدی خلاق و همچنین ارزیابی رابطه ابعاد کاربردی فناوری اطلاعات در صنایع نوآور شهرک صنعتی جنوب تهران است­ که از روش تحلیل مسیر و حداقل مربعات جزئی به‌منظور بررسی و ارزیابی فرضیه­های پژوهش استفاده گردید. داده­های مربوط به این پژوهش بر اساس اطلاعات پرسش­نامه­هایی است که توسط 27 نفر از خبرگان شامل مدیران ارشد واحدهای خرید، فروش و تولید در 9 شرکت­ بزرگ تولیدکننده در شهرک صنعتی تهران بزرگ تکمیل گردید.­ یافته­های تحقیق به تأثیر بالای بعد ادغام (ایجاد واحد فناوری اطلاعات در داخل شرکت) و بعد تهاجمی اطلاعاتی بر روی کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات و همچنین تأثیر مثبت فرایندهای کاری، کارایی عملکرد و خلق ارزش برای مشتری بر روی تولید خلاق اشاره دارد­. از نتایج دیگر این پژوهش تأثیر بالای فناوری اطلاعات بر روی کارایی عملکرد است که نشان از توسعه روزافزون به‌کارگیری فناوری اطلاعات در آینده شرکت­ها دارد.

Today, industry managers should create programs to enhance the quality of products and to increase their market share by improving their production operations. In the present time, the use of Information Technology (IT) has become one of the most important ways to improve the production process. In this regard, the identification of factors affecting on IT in leading industries becomes more apparent than before. The aim of this study is to investigate the effective factors on innovative manufacturing industries and to examine the relationship between applied aspects of information technology in innovative industries located in Industrial Park South of Tehran. To test the hypotheses, the path analysis and partial least squares were used. Data related to this study, was collected using questionnaires filled out by 27 experts including senior executives of purchase, sale and production in the 9 largest manufacturing companies located in Industrial Park South of Tehran Results showed the high impact of the merger (creation of IT department within the company) and the aggressive aspect of information on the application of IT as well as positive impact of business processes, efficiency and value creation for the customers on the creative production.
