In this research, for the purpose of evaluating the performance of knowledge management systems as an improving infrastructure for organizational learning and performance in software development industry, a fuzzy inference system is designed and evaluated. At first, input variables were extracted as the performance evaluators of knowledge management system. Then, if-then rules were identified through the utilization of experts’ opinions and inserted to the fuzzy rule-base. The output of inference system was also designed for performance evaluation of knowledge management system. The designed system, through a comprehensive assessment of knowledge management systems, can enable organizations to identify the strengths, weaknesses, current condition, and future decisions making for the purpose of performance improvement. For the validation of fuzzy inference system, a comparison was made between system outputs and experts viewpoints. Considering the very small difference between the average of experts’ opinions and system output, it can be stated that the system has an appropriate precision and validity for future assessment.

Given the high volume of web information, more attention has been paid to the automatic data extraction systems. One of the most important methods of data extraction is clustering. Today, many clustering methods are provided which are mostly based on vector models. In these models, each document is treated like a set of words, and the sequence of words in the sentence is ignored. Since the meanings in the natural language are completely dependent on the sequence of words, a great deal of shortcomings is observed in these methods. To overcome these shortcomings, this paper presents a new method for clustering HTML documents in which STC algorithm is considered for clustering snippets. This method, called clustering based on KS_STC key sentences, provides a weighted vector for each document and using this vector, the key sentences of each text are extracted from the document. Finally, these key sentences are given for clustering to the STC algorithm.

In this article the criminal proceeding and judicial operations in courts will be redesigned and redefined according to three principles of designing the processes using business process reengineering approach based on information technology and a new methodology known as 5PR in order to reduce the prolongation of hearing and speed up judicial operations. Finally, an information system will be presented for doing judicial operations and improved processes. According to the methodology, this research is an applied research accomplished by field study. Data used are of "qualitative and interpretive" type and they were gathered from various sources including interviewing, observing, studying texts and criminal laws, and other methods, under the supervision and cooperation of legal and management experts. Using qualitative research techniques as well as 4 techniques for qualitative analysis, 5 criteria for increasing speed and decreasing time were extracted by considering a number of constraints and conditions. Finally, 5 core criminal processes were defined as replacing 10 current processes.

In recent years, the topics related to electronic learning have attracted the attention of many scholars. Despite the increasing attention of researchers to the study of electronic learning systems, the focus on outcomes and the results from the use of these systems has been less considered. The present study is designed to investigate the effects of the use of electronic learning systems on its outcomes. To this end, 3 major outcomes from the use of an e-learning system, including learning support, communication with others (social structure), and educational performance, have been investigated, taking into account the mediating role of perceived adaptability. The statistical population of this study is the students of Mehr Alborz University who currently use the electronic learning system. The results of this research indicate a positive and direct relationship between the use of the e-learning system and its outcomes. Also, the mediating role of perceived compatibility factor has been confirmed in this research.

NGOs can benefit from crowd funding to achieve their prospects, since they are independent from government resources. The ever-increasing advances in Internet technologies and human interest in using social media is the main strengths to be considered. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting the function of social media on the success of crowd funding of charity institutions, which is performed based on the grounded theory. In this regard, due to the lack of literature, the results of annual reports from countries and research centers and the experiences of charity financial managers have been studied and by reviewing articles line by line, content analysis coding has been done. The components have been sorted in 8 categories, validated and then shown in paradigmatic model and hypotheses were launched. The results show that the existence of a coherent financing strategy, efficient media management, and the credibility of fund are the reasons for the successful establishment of the project in the field of information technology and the proper use of the media, and the media advertising and communication with the funders provide a structural context for growth. This causes that the content be understood and needed budget be successfully funded.

Nowadays, the importance of studies in customers’ behavior and attitude has been proved. Customer loyalty and its influencing factors in the world of e-commerce are being evaluated from different point of view. Nevertheless, little awareness of e-commerce factors from customers or service providers is a major barrier to the adoption of this business in Iran. On the other hand, the frequent use of vague terms such as "High quality websites" which does not have accurate and standard meanings between different people is another problem in understanding the factors affecting electronic loyalty. In this research, firstly factors influencing e-loyalty was studied and then fuzzy inference engine was designed using fuzzy logic and fuzzy rules were extracted. Comparing the rules with 2 websites as a real-world example showed the correctness of the proposed rules. The results showed that in the field of customer loyalty, it is necessary to consider the principles and concepts of Herzberg Health and Motivation theory in order to adopt the correct strategy in electronic business management.
