Natural disasters and unexpected events such as earthquakes, floods, storms, droughts and fires entail different parts of the world annually, and the lack of preparation and appropriate solution inflicts heavy casualties and losses on nations and their assets, which are sometimes irrecoverable. The fire and collapse of the Plasco building, in Tehran, the recent earthquake in Sar-e-Pul Zahab, in Kermanshah, was also a disaster that, in addition to heavy financial losses, has caused deaths and many worries about other old buildings and unforeseen incidents. In this regard, information is a key stimulus of the humanitarian supply chain, because, without proper and adequate information, a relief team cannot estimate the aspirations of the injured peoples. In this research, after reviewing the literature and interviews with managers and experts in the field of rescue and crisis management, 10 critical success factors of the use of information technology in human resource supply chain management were extracted. Then, the relationship between these factors was explained by interpretive structural modeling technique and factors were placed on 5 levels. In the following, using fuzzy DEMATEL technique, the severity of the relationship between the specified factors and a conceptual map (causal and causal relationships of factors) was proposed, in which 7 factors were identified as effective factors and 3 were identified as influential factors. According to the final results, "hiring of knowledge workers" as the most influential factor in the lowest level and "strategic planning" was recognized as the most influential factor in the highest level, which requires serious attention of the managers of rescue and relief and management of the country's crisis.

The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) on income inequality with an emphasis on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Under the division of International Telecommunications Union, underlying countries have been differentiated in two groups of the high and average level of information and communication technology. The research modeling is based on Panel data over the time period of 2001-2016. The results indicate that foreign direct investment (FDI) and ICT have a negative and significant effect on inequality in two groups of countries. Also, the impact of (FDI) and ICT on income inequality in countries with high level of ICT is more than those with an average level of ICT but the effect is the same in both countries. Based on the results, ICT in each group of countries can change the stable relationship between FDI and inequality.

Regarding the focus of this research on educational organizations, the statistical population consisted of 145 faculty and staff members from 5 universities in Asadabad. The sample size was 106 randomly selected based on Cochran’s formula and a questionnaire was used to collect the data. By studying the research background and literature review, 42 distinct indicators for organizational adaptation with business intelligence was determined which are presented in the form of a three-level conceptual model. A confirmatory factor analysis has been used to verify the model. During the first order factor analysis, 27 effective indicators were confirmed. Then, using these 27 indicators and determining hidden variables, second order factor analysis was performed and 6 factors were identified.

Today, with introduction of new business models, traditional marketing definitions are changed. Marketing is one of organizational systems and/or one of the most important processes of business organizations for gaining goals and satisfying consumer needs. Therefore, the age of communication developments, in the form of influences caused by E-commerce expansion, induced significant changes in marketing. The main aim of this research is to survey restaurant consumer attitudes toward food online shopping. This research, in terms of goal and methodology, is developmental-applied and descriptive-survey, respectively. Regarding data collection, specified interviews are used for extracting factors or indicators which are less mentioned in theoretical foundation. Also, questionnaire is developed to collect data from statistical population. Meanwhile, sample size is 384. To analyze data, Structural Equation Modeling is used. Finally, based on the obtained results, 6 research hypotheses are accepted while one is rejected. Hypotheses related to the positive and significant relationship between order trend, conceived utility, innovations, promotions and trust in online food ordering with consumer perceptions about online food ordering, and effect of consumer perceptions about online food ordering on consumer behavior are accepted. Hypothesis about the relation between external factors and consumer perception about online food ordering is rejected.v
