Developing a DSS for performance evaluation: A case study in Export Developing Bank of Iran

Abstract In this paper, we propose a new model on personnel performance evaluation
considering the job specifications so that the personnel are evaluated
based on the job rather than only individual specifications. This is the major
contribution of this paper. Based on the proposed model, for both individual
and job specifications, the corresponding criteria are determined
with different factors. The individual criteria are obtained from different
researches and are filtered and classified into three social, technical and
management groups. The job specifications are also collected from the a
previous valid research. We have used the pair wise comparison of normal
and fuzzy AHP in order to determine the factor numbers of the individual
criteria and normal AHP in order to determine the factor numbers of the
job criteria. Finally, each personnel is given score (at most 5) regarding
the criteria and all the personnels are ranked using TOPSIS method. The
whole steps are presented in the form of a decision support system and is
implemented in the Export Developing Bank of

Abstract
In developed countries synchronous with improving and developing systems
and quality management technique in manufacturing industries, using
these models and techniques in service industries has been increased
remarkably. Unfortunately in developing countries primary needs have
been led to one-dimension and illogical tendency to manufacturing has
been decreased quality level in services sector. Therefore in this research,
improving services in Information Technology (IT) industries has been investigated.
QOS is an effective and efficient method for realizing customer
satisfaction in an organization which used a lot in our country to meet customers’
needs. Therefore in this research, I tried to suggest a combinational
model of Quality of Services (QOS), Fuzzy VIKOR technique and Data
Envelopment Analysis (DEA) technique to improve and to develop quality
model in services area and decrease lack of research on this subject.

Abstract Abstract
Information technology program is composed of several related projects
which managing them with each other and program management integrated
these efforts but it does not manage project independent. The main
factor that causes failing in these information technology programs is less
attention to the risk management topics .Information technology program
risk management forms based on aware of methods and tools used for assessing
and reducing risk and presents solutions to protect organizations
against common problems in information technology programs and increase
success probabilities. In these programs، risks are not independent،
so we should measure these dependencies and we consider this issue in
this survey. First we introduce a method for measuring risks by considering
their dependencies، then present a methodology for measuring information
technology program risks by fuzzy method and also we offered
a method for risk classification. Using this method at Asikoda program
shows effectiveness of proposed methods

Abstract Simultaneity with development of science and technology, Concurrent
with the development of science and technology in modern methods of obtaining
information quickly, the food supply chain in the past few decades,
accelerated in this regard by way of radio frequency identification (RFID)
is one of the defining method to improve the competitive advantage of
firms is considered. Use of RFID system is one of the best possible solutions
in supply chain management and logistics problems perishable goods
will be great help. This study aimed to identify and prioritize barriers and
challenges in the development of RFID technology in the supply chain of
food. In this study, the method of fuzzy AHP (FAHP) and QFD is used
so that using FAHP relative importance of each of the food supply chain
metrics designed using QFD weights and Ratings barriers and challenges
of RFID in the chain, food supply was calculated. The results have shown
that the lack of standards has the highest weight among other aspects. After
that, the issue of data security, high price, frequency interference, the
cost of system integration, hardware and software infrastructure, system
compatibility, and social problems in the supply chain are respectively the
highest weights

Identification and Ranking the Factors Influencing User Acceptation of Information Technology

Abstract The study is mainly aimed to present and evaluate a conceptual model for user
acceptance of information technology that is performed by a descriptive/survey
research regarding its nature. The conceptual model was designed through investigating
existing models and identification of effective variables on acceptation of
information technology and was tested by studying attitude of users of the system in
organization under study including administrative staff, technical staff, intermediate
managers and top managers in the frame of five hypotheses and ten sub-hypotheses.
The results showed three variables, “effort expectations”, “execution expectations”
and “mental norms” (social influence), were approved in the frame of three
main hypotheses and at the confidence level of 99% and ranked at three top variables
respectively by the average scores of 5, 3.46, 3.14. Meanwhile the indexes of
“adaptation with work conditions” and “communications facilitation” were identified
as the most important indexes and the “continual use of computer in future”
and “strict recommendation of use of computer to others” as the least important
indexes in the process of user acceptation of information technology. Also, among
sub-hypotheses under study only two ones were approved demonstrating “age”
and “sex” are influencing factors on the relation between two variables of “effort
expectation” and “behavioral intention” as modifying variables. In addition, the
under studying variables had the most and the least scores among top and intermediate
managers by the scores of 19.27 and 20.15 respectively

Abstract Tourism is an information intensive industry. In the current article the effects
and transformations that the information and communication technologies are
created in the tourism network in the cases such as the omission of the intermediaries
and providing information, creating the relation among players in
the value chains of tourism industry (ie. Travel and hospitality) and particularly
consumers, providing the travel packages in a flexible and customized manner,
is referred. For further manifestation of the article topic, a survey study is
done, based on a structured questionnaire, from a sample of 100 foreign (international)
tourists who are visiting the national museum of Tehran, regarding
to their internet usage in the area of tourism.The research findings show that
foreign tourists use the internet in different ways. However, respecting to
their age and needs, their usage is different. But in the cases such as organizing
the holiday, factors influencing destination choice, accessing the internet
from home, ways to make a booking, using internet for different purposes
during holiday, sharing the holiday experiences with others, the most important
usage of internet in the tourism industry and tourism providers, the way
of booking from tourism organization, types of tourism organization using
internet and the functions of tourists mostly using internet, the results give a
better understanding of their behavior

Factors that influence acceptance of web-based e-learning systems for the in-service education

Abstract Web-based e-learning is not restricted by time or place and can provide
teachers with a learning environment that is flexible and convenient, enabling
them to efficiently learn, quickly develop their professional expertise,
and advance professionally. This study aims has been evaluate the acceptance
of using web-based e-learning systems for in-service education of employees
in Jihad agriculture of Bushehr. In order to, We distributed questionnaires
to 190 employees in Jihad agriculture of Bushehr. This study used
the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as our theoretical foundation and
employed the Structure Equation Model (SEM) to examine factors that influenced
intentions to use in-service training conducted through web-based
e-learning. The results showed that Internet self-efficacy were significantly
positively associated with behavioral intentions regarding the use of webbased
e-learning for in-service training through the factors of perceived usefulness
and perceived ease of use. The factor of motivation to use had a
significantly negative effect on behavioral intentions through the factor of
perceived ease of use. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were
the primary reasons for the acceptance of web-based e-learning systems for
in-service training
