With quick Generalizing of access to computers and information technology and advanced media, no country can run the 21th century economy without modern and up to date electronic infrastructure. Information management is an important factor in decision making; Accurate, precise and updated information will increase the speed of decision making and will prevent making many wrong decisions. Automation is the most important tool to achieve this. The aim of this study is probing the impact of administrative automation on decision of managers of Mehr Bank of East Azarbaijan Province. This study was conducted with 50 staff and branch managers of the bank in the east Azarbaijan province. The results of the study suggest that the automation system effects increasing the accuracy and precision of decision-making, decision-making timeliness, and economic management of the MEHR Bank Of East Azarbaijan Province. This again endorse the role and effect of Administrative Automation System on decision making.Keywords: Automation, Decision Making, Accuracy, Precision, Being updated, Being Economical.

This research is going to examine the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational memory in Guilan pharmaceutical industry. In terms of goal the research was functional and in terms of collecting data it was descriptive- surveying. The methods of collecting data were both library and field study. The population in this research was experts of Guilan pharmaceutical organization and the sample size was 171 persons. In this research the necessary data were designed through a questionnaire using Bontis theory with respect to the elements of intellectual capital and Al-Habil&Koraz research with respect to the relationship of intellectual capital and organizational memory. For examining the hypotheses, the Pearson tests and univariant regression were used. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between intellectual capital and organizational memory of Guilan pharmaceutical industry employees. Also there was a positive and significant relationship between intellectual capital aspects and organizational memory of Guilan pharmaceutical industry employees

Nowadays, many organizations take Business Intelligence (BI) systems to improve their decision making processes. Although many organizations adopted BI systems, not all implementations are successful. This paper seeks to identify critical success factors (CSFs) that impact on successful implementation of BI systems in organizations. So, at first, through literature reviews, 26 success factors were identified. After that a questionnaire has been developed and then filled by domain experts who had at least three years of experience in ITIL implementation and consultation in Iran. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) has been used for data analysis, which finally classified critical success factors into four groups named as “organizational”, “human”, “project management”, and “technical”. The results of this study provide a very useful reference for scholars and managers to identify the relevant issues of BI projects in Iran.

This study aims at the investigation the role of Integration of informationsystems in acquiring competitive advantages for an organization. The studyis practical regarding to its aim, descriptive regarding to its type and frommethodology point of view, is considered assurvey, regarding the statisticalpopulation includes all the clerks of information technology section ofHamkaran System Software Company(160 people)who are all in connectionwith the information systems. The sample is chosen according to Morgantable, 105 people were included. A provided questionnaire was used forcollecting data and Alpha Cronbach coefficient was used for examiningreliability of questionnaire. The results show that the integrity of informationsystems increase coordination and cooperation between the organizationunits through enlarging capacity of organization, and then improves itscompetitive advantages

Due to continuous changes in the market and the need to create sustainable competitive advantages in knowledge based industries, creating a network relationships in innovation and R&D is important; Such that innovation has been increasingly dependent on strategic alliances; So innovation networks means that the interaction lead to innovation as most important approaches in the knowledge based industries have been considered. Considering that innovation networks in contexts such as universities, organizations, technology companies, etc. is created, in the literature review In terms of formal and informal networks as stable and unstable relations is Visible, that in areas of firm innovation in this research Be identified. This paper used the case study research strategy that through semi-structured interviews and content analysis of documents to identify different types of innovation networks in the research firm at electronics industry are paid. As well as with identifying technology areas of companies through the process of identifying and prioritizing technology the role of any kind of network in the innovation production is determined. The main goal of this research is to identify the bottlenecks and gaps company innovation networks, in cooperation with other institutions in achieving sustainable competitive advantage and product innovation.
