In recent decades, we are facing developments and new achievements in information technology usages in various areas of life every day. Due to the pressure of the current dynamic and turbulent business environment, organizations should change their traditional methods. Therefore, electronic government establishment in organizations of our country is highly important in order to utilize recent advances in information technology and it‘s opportunities. On the other hand, due to several studies regarding electronic government and facing kind of dispersed information in this area doing combinational studies which would provide researchers with studies related to this subject in a scientific and systematic way is highly mattered. This study reviews 12 thesis and 8 article aiming for merging quantitative results of studies related to electronic government establishment in Iranian organizations by using meta-analysis method and comprehensive meta-analysis software (CMA2). A total of 20 studies are selected and reviewed based on Inclusive criteria. Results of meta-analysis regarding barriers to electronic government establishment of 17 variables represent that the studies related to barriers to electronic government establishment suggest that Organizational barriers with the effect-size of 0/943, Strategic barriers with the effect-size of 0/886 and Legal barriers with the effect-size of 0/735, Nature barriers with the effect-size of 0/703 and Managerial barriers with the effect-size of 0/702 have the greatest preventive effect on electronic government establishment.

There is no doubt that Internet is key facility in many aspects of today’s life such as education and business. But the increased use of internet may cause serious problems in organizations as well as societies. Nowadays due to the presence of information technologies such as personal computers, cell phones, tablet and other appliances that are connected to the Internet wired or wireless, the issue of internet addiction is getting an important concern. This study investigate internet addiction among Hormozgan university’s students. It also study the relationship between internet addiction and academic progress among university students. Statistical population of the study is all of the Hormozgan University students among them 300 of students have been chosen randomly as the sample of the study. Through using SPSS software, data have been analyzed by application of T independent and chi-square test. The results showed that there is a negative relationship between the internet addiction and educational progress. Moreover, the study found that male students use more internet and they have more tendency for internet addiction than female students also internet addiction increases as the level of students education increase.

Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERPs) is a complex and costly process which usually results in serious risks. The majority of previous research projects have been conducted in identifying ERP Critical Success Factors (CSFs) in order to identify the main factors enhance success achievement. Project managers' skills of ERP system implementation projects as one of such facilitating factors, are not well studied and its different aspects are discussed in the extant literature. With this in mind, this research aims at studying and identifying the most related project managers' skills of ERP system implementation projects which proposes a classification scheme along with a ranking model. The paper, based on the results of the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) categorizes 18 identified skills into four distinct groups of managerial, project management, human resource and technical. The results of this study have provided a very useful reference for scholars and managers to identify the relevant issues of ERP implementation projects managers' skills.

With the advent of the era of information technology, significant developments in today's society has been created which extensive changes in communities and organizations have been caused. One of the most important issues facing the organization, the concept of innovation and its related concepts. Innovation as a vital and effective role to help today's organizations by the organization to better performance and gain competitive advantage. The most important tools in current era is information technology applications and unique benefits to organizations created. The main objective of this study is to investigate the role of IT in innovation pe rformance and the IT component of an effective role in enhancing the innovative performance of the organization. The research method is descriptive – survey. The Statistical Society included 86 employees of the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults in Tehran (Central Intelligence Agency) is to collect information, Information technology and innovation performance of the questionnaire with the whole five-item Likert used. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a number of experts and specialists in management, then to assess the reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for the first and second questionnaire, respectively 905. 848. And that was the right amount. Using the software Spss and Lisrel the tests were conducted on the data. The results showed that IT positive impact on innovation performance has a direct and significant and can have an effective role in enhancing the innovative performance.

This study investigates therelationship between the benefits of enterprise resource planning systemswith competitive intelligence and decision making support activities in thefield of small and medium sized businesses. Development and establishment of information systems is a costly milestone for organizations, affecting the efficiency and performance of their core activities. Furthermore, education management systems as a workflow encompassed by various flows of information from different sources, have a pivotal role in day-to-day activities of universities.User satisfaction is a major criterion for an information system's success. It affects user's work efficiency and systems's practical usabilty for the user. Focusing on Golestan System, the education management system used at University of Tehran; we formulate a model for user satisfaction in education management systems; especially regarding the effect of user perception of ease of use, user perception of usefulness, user involvement in system's development, user training, senior management support and user experience. Our research population consists of all staff workers in educational services department and based on our findings, user perception of ease of use, user training and senior management support are the most influential parameters on user satisfaction and user perception of usefulness, user involvement in system's development and user experience are not significantly effective.
