Learning logic of exceptions is a considerable challenge in data mining and knowledge discovery. Exceptions are the rare phenomenon with positive unusual behavior in a database. Creating an efficient framework to increase the reliability in the detection of exceptions in the knowledge and learning is quite important. This paper presents a novel framework to promote the confidence to a limited number of records (exceptions) for effective learning of exceptions. In this study, a new approach based on the abnormality theory and computing theory is presented to detect exceptional phenomena and learn their behavior. First, Renyi entropy function is implemented to detect exceptional data which is differentiated data according to their hidden knowledge. Then, the novel E-RISE algorithm which follows bottom-up learning strategy is introduced to learn exceptional data behavior. Efficiency of the proposed model is determined by applying it to the Iran stock market data. Mining the number of 1334 stocks data points, 2.6% of them had exceptional behavior. The extracted rules represent the exceptional stocks attitudes. After that, an expert system is designed to use the extracted knowledge for recognizing new exceptional stocks. Faced with new stock, this expert system can recognize exceptions by comparing its characteristics with normal and exceptional behavior. Exceptions behave in compliance with exceptional rules or in contradiction with any normal pattern. This acquisition knowledge is the basis of exceptional portfolio selection which aims to make exceptional wealth for investors. Findings of the proposed method are compared with the outcomes of applying traditional methods as decision tree and support vector machine which is considerable. The results show the capability of the proposed method in exceptional data detection and learning their behaviors.

Activities such as the use of social networks, the use of blogs and podcasts, download, upload content and online shopping and in the workplace can be concept of a "Cyber loafing". Such behaviors have negative consequences, such as decreased levels of efficiency, and financial loss to organizations followed. Therefore, the aim of this research was to determine the relationship between perceived organizational control and fear of punishment, to employees cyber loafing in the workplace. Current research model, based on data collected from 315 questionnaires randomly Iran Khodro Industrial Group's employees, distributed and collected, based on structural equation modeling (SEM), was tested by LISREL software. The results of the analysis show that the perception of the physical presence of the head, and perceived organizational control (β=0.83 and t=13.01), and also the perception of the physical presence of the head and the fear of punishment (β =0.67 and t =4.30), there is a significant correlation. The results show that the perceived organizational control and cyber loafing (β =-0.53 and t= -4.20), and also the fear of punishment and Cyber loafing (β=-0.33and t=-2.89), relationship there is an inverse. In this context, the relationship between perceived organizational control and fear of punishment, not confirmed. According to the results seem to increase understanding of the physical presence of the head, due to the perceived organizational control and the fear of punishment can be effective in reducing employees Cyber loafing.

Nowadays, with the development of organizations and complexity of business processes, the management and control of such organizations are much more important than before. Therefore, having a determined prospect toward Business Processes Management (BPM) is significant. Since the BPM systems are electronic systems and they are used for supporting, monitoring and managing the processes and other activities in the organization, therefore for preventing misemployment of valuable resources in applying BPM systems and the protection of organization against possible risk of system application, it is necessary to be aware of the critical factors before taking any action. Accordingly, this research paper is conducted to present critical success factors for the implementation of BPM systems in Iran. In this regard, 34 critical factors were identified and presented to the experts through a questionnaire and the answers were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis method. The statistical population consists of managers, experts, suppliers, and developers of information systems having at least 3 years of experience in BPM systems. The designed questionnaires were distributed among the statistical sample and 128 completed questionnaires were returned and analyzed. Finally, 27 key factors categorized into 5 main groups as the following priorities: managerial, organizational, procedural, human-related, and technical. The result of this research can assist the suppliers and the users of BPM systems either in successful application process or confrontation with possible troubles.

The objective of present article is to study the effect of knowledge management considering mediating role of organizational factors. This is an empirical research and the research method is descriptive survey. Research statistical population consists of 5480 staffs of Bank Melli Iran located in Tehran. Also, a random sample of 336 persons was selected using Kredjcie-Morgan Table. Data was collected using a questionnaire and they were analyzed by SPSS and LISREL software. The obtained results show that CRM technology, knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and customer orientation variables have significant impact on the success of customer relationship management (CRM).

Development of electronic business in the shadow of the digital economy forces the organizations to choose a proper e-business model. E-business models would be addressed as forefront of strategic management and a new contingency factor in the rapid recent information technology advances. Therefore, choice of e-business models would be considered as a strategic necessity in firms. So, awareness of factors affecting on its selection is important for managers and researchers. First of all, in this paper environmental and organizational factors affecting the choice of e-business models are reviewed from the related literature, and then, by collecting questionnaires from 395 firms and 10 experts, factors are evaluated and ranked using fuzzy TOPSIS based on three criteria: internal fit, external fit, and synergy. The obtained results showed that all the identified factors are critical in the selection of e-business models. Also, integration of process and organizational strategies are the most important factors in selecting e-business model in electronic small and medium size enterprises (E-SMEs).

Development of the Internet and the emergence of innovative ideas in this area increase the importance of supporting the virtual organizations. Virtual incubators are economic development tools that play an important role in developing of new businesses, particularly in the field of Internet. The aim of this research is establishing a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the new phenomenon of virtual incubators. For this purpose, in this paper a systematic review of previous research works in the field of virtual incubators are discussed by meta-synthesis method. This research is descriptive and fundamental. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of past research on the topics such as "Share of subjects", "Research Methods", “common theories” and "launch requirements" are discussed. Results indicate that largest share issue is allocated to the component of business model. The most dominant methods from the perspective of purpose, data collection and run are applied, the library and descriptive in virtual incubators area. Two theories have been seen in the past researches, include: Virtual organization and network theories. Environmental, organizational and technological requirements are three basic categories of requirements for launch and development of virtual incubators. In this paper, with composition and interpretation of previous studies and based on "concept mapping" we provided a conceptual framework for the development of researches in virtual incubators. This framework help to better understanding, improvement and covering the knowledge gap in this area for future research.
