Fundamental changes occurred in the society and economy since the nineteenth century has clearly reflected in the development of our communities. Consumption communities which had not been previously existed came to the existence by the development of mass media especially Web 2.0 and modern marketing. As a result; people are increasingly taking their identity tied to their brands. On the other hand, the market in the twenty-first century is dominated by advanced communication technology and e-commerce and hence, virtual brand communities are rapidly expanding. With regards to the above, in this study factors affecting participation in such communities are identified. The research method used is survey and the population consisted of those customers who are the members of virtual communities. Data were collected from 408 members of these communities. In order to test the hypotheses related to the components of the model, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used. The study findings suggest that four factors that is: factors related to the brand, social factors, factors related to the product, and functional factors are affecting participation in virtual brand communities.

This Model has eight main criteria (Strategy, Structure, Systems, Management Style, Staff, Shared values and Environmental Factors) and 25 Sub-Criteria that using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and method of paired comparisons to the evaluation criteria and sub-criteria and weighted them and more in a field study; a questionnaire was used to assess readiness. Results of the study showed that common values with 42% have the amount of preparation and management style with 7% has the lowest in preparation for the deployment of the ERP system. The alignment of IT and Business is one of the major issues for the Information Technology Managers and the senior managers in organizations. This article which is to study the rate of alignment of IT among the managers and engineers in manufacturing sections has been done in one of the biggest industrial districts in Iran, industrial district of Semnan. With the regard to the goal, this is an applicable study, and it is considered as a descriptive survey study regarding the data gathering. The statistics' samples were done by sampling randomly among a class, including 300 managers and engineers of manufacturing section. To gather the data, a self – made method, including 35 questions of 4 basic dimensions has been used. The reliability of tools through analyzing the discovering factor as KMO indicator can be used, that is 0.827 and 0.000 for Bartlett's Test emphasizing the test reliability. For stability, both Cronbach's Alpha was used that is 0.90 and for analyzing the data, the software of LISREL 8.80 structural model – finding was used. The results show that the most effective factor among the four basic components is the indicator of collaboration and contribution to business, and the least effect is on foresight. Moreover, among the sub variable realizing the capabilities and producing the opportunity is the most effective one.

Along with advances in technology and communications, global markets and competition between Companies are intensifying. Literature review of Methodologies to build Information Systems suggests that by development of Methodologies, we are seeing the involvement of users, increase System reliability, and moving from emphasis on Tools, Techniques and programming languages to methodologies and the basic concepts of the System. In general, each generation of information systems development methodologies has a specific concentration on a specific area, whereas now in Iran for all spheres used the same methodology that will lead to reduce productivity and efficiency of Organizations and Companies at performing of assignments and decrease of competitiveness. Choose an appropriate information system for automated billing of Customs with their large number and variety of products, as well because it is difficult to evaluating the variety of methodologies, so it is more difficult and requires an integrated methodology decision. Therefore, deciding to choose between several options of an Information System is a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Process. In this paper, we have used a combination of ANP and DEMATEL to select an appropriate Information System for Custom's billing system. Finally, after implementation of a hybrid model, revealed that in our study, second generation methodologies could be the best choice.
