Using an Integrated Approach QFD, FAHP and VIKOR to Select an Appropriate ERP System

Abstract Enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) for facilitating the operation of organizations and integration of the process of business data are an important competitive advantage for organizations. To the successful implementation of an ERP system is essential to choose a system that can be aligned with the needs of the organization. Therefore, a proper decision-making approach for the selection of an ERP system is required so that take into accounts the needs and characteristics of the ERP system and also the interaction between them. So in this study, an integrated decision-making framework for the selection of ERP systems based on the concept of QFD, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and Vikor provided. The framework makes the needs of the organization and also features of ERP system. To validate the model, the model is applied in a case. The results of this study show that among of the criteria, the cost and system performance criteria are the most important and sixth supplier is the most proper supplier.

Abstract This article aims to delineate health management system functions and also introduce current Iran's health system. Three basic applications of information and communications technology applications in the medical field-e health, telemedicine and mobile healthcare going to be explained by reviewing previous studies in regard with contemporary conditions in Iran. Considering this fact that growing telecommunications & informatics industry have brought a revolution in the development of all industries, leads us to this conclusion that the development of these technologies in medical sectors can bring a huge up heavily in health management systems in the near future Storage systems for patient information, medical information systems, medical& surgical procedures, tracking systems management, remote management systems, guiding nurses systems, surge on robots, patient reservation, and many others systems have a common goal which facilitates health management by information technology. Universal access to medical information in the context of electronic networks is not anymore a far dream.

Explanation the Relationship between Intellectual Capital and Knowledge

Abstract This research is examining and determining the relationship between intellectual capital and knowledge productivity among members of Guilan province construction engineering organization The method of collecting data is both library and field study. Also the unit of analysis in this research is person, and the population is the members of Guilan province construction engineering organization (15198 persons) and according to the table of Morgan –krejcie the volume of sample equals 380 persons. The collected data through the questionnaire of intellectual capital (14 questions) and knowledge productivity (10 questions) hue Iang was analyzed after coding and transferring into computer software spss 19. For examining the hypotheses, Pearson and regression tests were used. The results of this research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between intellectual capital and knowledge productivity among members of Guilan province construction engineering organization Furthermore, there is a positive and significant relationship between intellectual capital aspects and knowledge productivity among the members of Guilan province construction engineering organization

Abstract

Today's, The Progressive Organizations Have Realized The Importance Of The Knowledge And Make Effort To Provide The Present Knowledge In Organization for Those personnel Who Need It. Sharing The Knowledge Is One Of The Most Crucial Issues For The Organizations; In the study of knowledge sharing, trust as one of the factors that will be considered. The Purpose of This Study Was to Investigate the Role of the Organizational Trust in Sharing the Knowledge Between the personnel Of the Islamic Azad University, Tehran Science & Technology Branch in Year 2014. For This Reason, Among 170 Persons Of The Statistical Society, 120 Persons Have Been Selected By Cochran Sampling Formula. The Research Methodology Of This Study Is A Measuring Research, And The Gathering Data Tools Are Questionnaire. To Analyze The Data, The Methods Of The Descriptive, Inferential Statistics And Also Multiple Regressions (by SPSS Software) Have Been Used. The Results Showed That There Is a Positive And Significant Relationship Between Organizational Trust (Horizontal, Vertical & Institutional Trust) And Sharing The Knowledge In Tehran Science & Technology Branch. It Also Became Distinct That The Component Of Horizontal Trust Has The Highest Correlation Coefficient With Respect To The Sharing, The Knowledge And The Vertical Trust Component have The Lowest Correlation Coefficient With It.

Abstract Increasing mobile penetration rate in Iran up to 97% have provided
potential opportunities to give various value-added services. The success
of VAS companies is dependent on their innovations and customer
adoption of these innovations. Thus, this research tries to identify and
specify the effects of the factors inside and outside the firm on VAS
innovation adoption by customers. Statistical population of this research
includes mobile value-added services, which exist in the market more
than one year. Accordingly, after doing exploratory studies and
presenting the conceptual model, we analyzed the data extracted from 35
value-added services provided by different firms, and also we
investigated the relations between the variables of this research by
structured equation model. Finally, strong relation between the factors
outside the firm and innovation adoption as well as medium relation
between the factors inside the firms and innovation adoption was
confirmed. In addition to presenting the results and outcomes of the
research, we gave some suggestions to VAS managers and experts in
Iran.

Preparing a model for measuring satisfaction of electronic services in Mellat Bank

Abstract User satisfaction is a crucial factor for continuous use of e-government services and the success or failure of e-government projects. What are the main challenges for users, which factors measure and influences their satisfaction? The purpose of this paper is to prepare a model for measuring user's satisfaction of electronic services in Mellat bank.
9 variables were adjusted according to a survey (trust, knowledge of service, security, accessibility, ease of use, usefulness, quality public services and attitude toward the website), the questionnaire questions were 27 that were distributed by handing and online. The statistic societies of the research are the people who use the mellat bank services online. For   testing the prepared hypothesis's path analysis software by SMART, PLS was used.Data were collected from 482 users and by analyzing the results all ease of use with the path efficient 0.68 and social awareness with the path efficient 0.15 had the maximum and minimum influence.  The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.94 that showed the reliability of the questionnaire.
