Information technology capabilities have an important role in a fast and changing environment. Organizations having IT technologies and abilities to utilizing them can be pioneer in acquisition, maintaining, and transferring knowledge. Technology highly affects quantity and quality of learning and learning itself, is a key factor for organizational improvement. This study investigates the influence of information technology on organizational performance through the capacity of knowledge attraction and organizational learning. This study is a descriptive-survey and categorized as a practical research. The statistical population includes water and waste water, building, Nano, and telecommunications industries. We considered 203 firms as a sample and used questionnaire to collect the required data. To analyze data, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling technique was used. As a whole, the results show that information technology capabilities effect on organizational performance indirectly through organizational learning. On the other hand, it has no impact on organizational performance through knowledge absorptive capacity.

Knowledge management is regarded as one of the strategic resources of competitive Advantage. One of the most fundamental issues in knowledge management is how to accept this approach. In this study, for identifying the factors of readiness of organizations for accepting knowledge management, first through studding the literature review, critical factors of knowledge management acceptance was identified from perspective of different global thinkers and experts. Then in order to make applied study, the presented models by knowledge management experts was reviewed and finally conceptual model of study was established. In this model, four critical factors as factors influencing on readiness for accepting knowledge management was identified. Then for each factor, evaluation criteria was extracted and established. For this purpose, for each of the related criteria with each of the factors, some questions were established and in format of Questionnaire were given to the organizational experts. And Exploratory Factor Analysis for enough assay of the sample statistical society is used. Also, for answer to main question and hypothesis certify used One Sample T-Test.

The Denial of Service (DoS) attacks are the attacks that overload the system resources such as CPU, network bandwidth, memory and so on to prevent system to provide services any legitimate users. The Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks are DoS attacks that organized with several systems widely (BotNet) to shut down the servers. Many companies have developed many DDoS detector systems but as the attack patterns are getting more complex day by day, the prediction of DDoS attacks by a specific method with a reasonable cost still is a hard task. In this paper, we tried to detect DDoS attacks by expert systems that use the attack symptoms and histories. We used expert system because DDoS attacks algorithms and patterns are complicated increasingly and as a result, we need to learn the attack detector systems. Finally, we implemented our system with visual studio .net and compared the results with simulation software such as "Netica".

Management and evaluation of valuable customers, is one of the most important banking factors to reduce costs and increase profitability. In recent decades, many researchers have studied on the analysis of the customer attributes to evaluate value of them using data mining techniques and decision tree is one of the most widely used data mining algorithms in the field. Since this algorithm for built tree, considers only one attribute at a time to test each node and ignores the dependency between attributes, therefore, required maximum memory is increased. To solve this problem, in this research a method is proposed to improve the decision tree using neural network to explore the dependency between the attributes based on reduction in required maximum memory that is used based on RFM model to predict customer values. Results show that the proposed method using dependencies between attributes will predict the new customer values by less maximum memory compare to the basic method

This research is going to examine the effects of organizational learning processes on CRM success. For this purpose, we used organizational learning theory and its relationship with market orientation to examine how internal policies, activities and internal relationships effect on the quality of customer data in the CRM database. Statistical populations of this research were the experts and executives of IT and marketing department in 5 Iranian banks including: Mellat, Keshavarzi, Tejarat, Melli and Sepah. The research method applied in this study is descriptive and data was analyzed using structural equation modeling technique. In this research we used Peltier et al Model presented in 2013. The main findings show that the effect of the functional learning processes (data sharing) on the data quality is positive and significant. But the effects of cross functional learning processes (Marketing and IT collaboration and integration) and organizational learning processes (organizational culture committed to a shared vision of CRM data) on the data quality is not significant. Also, CRM data quality has positive effect on customer performance, but non-significant impact on business performance.

رSocial networks are a new generation of social relationship area that despite short lifetime, have been able to play an important role in people’s life.Given the importance and presence of social networks in today lives and growing their influence and impact, understanding of user behavior patterns has become interesting subjects of researches. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting on continuance intention to use online social network websites and LinkedIn was chosen as a specialized social network in this research. The population was all of Iranian members of LinkedIn. The random available sampling was used and 352 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The hypotheses were tested with using structural equation modeling. After variable factor analysis and the relations between variables and their impact on each other were examined through path analysis. Social effects, content, value, ease of use, the tie strength and satisfaction from social networks have been identified as factors affecting on continuance intention to use of social network websites.
