While considering inhibitors, the purpose of this paper is to examine the moderating role of self-efficacy, perceived image, personal innovativeness, and subjective norm on Internet banking adoption in Tejarat bank of Iran as a public bank. Following IRAN’s 20-year outlook plan, putting IT’s inhibitors and facilitators into consideration come to be of high significance; especially in the scope of Internet banking. Based on the valid responses collected from a survey questionnaire out of Tejarat bank’s consumers of central-west district, structural equation modeling (SEM) technology was employed to examine the research model. The result indicated that perceived awareness and system compatibility offered by the bank are the main factors impeding users’ intention towards Internet banking adoption; while resistance to change indicated insignificant effect on users’ intention accompanied by perceived ease of use which showed no significant effect on users’ behavioral intention. At last, self-efficacy, perceived image, subjective norm, and personal innovativeness showed a meaningful significant effect on users’ adoption decision and moderated the relationship between users’ intention and their actual use.

Today, organizations require an integrated system for Enterprise resource in order to achieve higher quality and velocity in the provision of goods and services. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is one of the best tools to achieve this goal, which Selecting the appropriate system due to effective criteria is necessary for successful implementation of ERP project in the organization. Hence in this research, Attempt to determine effective criteria for selection of ERP, selecting the most suitable system is also addressed. At first, effective criteria were examined and a list of identified criteria given to the experts of the firm by studying conducted research in the field of ERP system selection. Then, accepted criteria were selected after examining the study criteria and based on the expert’s idea. Then, by SWARA method final weights of this accepted criteria obtained. Which, Software functionality, project management implementation and software quality capabilities criteria introduced as most important criteria. Then the most suitable ERP systems in the study selected based on gray ARAS. Which, the second alternative (Financial Information System), identified as the most important ERP System alternatives for the case study.

All 9 factors are proved to be effective, based on the received answers and the data analysis done by using t-test and single sampling method. Furthermore, according to the sequencing done by using Fridman test, these 9 factors are ranked in terms of importance and effectiveness. At last, based on the results of data analysis and the background, the effective considerations for successfully running ICT master plans are presented.

In this research, text mining technique has been applied to analyze the content of scientific articles, also to represent a model for classifying the articles (the first class is comprised of the articles observing predetermined criteria's, and the second one consists of those inattentive). To meet these objectives, in the current research, the experts' ideas have been used to elicit qualitative criteria, and 15 final criteria's were ultimately picked up. In the next phase, 18 scientific articles in industrial engineering scope were studied by university professors and PHD students (with regard to 15 elicited criteria), and beneficial results were derived. In the end, different classification models were applied to classify the articles and with the aid of some specific techniques, we tried to improve these models. Finally, we compare the models to choose the best one. The aim of this research is to get some general criteria for analyzing the content of articles, propose different classification models for classifying the scientific articles whit regard to predetermined criteria's, and choose the best model. Finally, as a result, 15 final criteria's also different classification models with appropriate accuracy, were ultimately picked up.
