Many economists, attribute the slowing growth of financial markets to ICT sector inefficiency; therefore the purpose of this study is to find out the effect of ICT development on Growth of capital markets in Iran, using empirical evidences of Tehran Stock Exchange for the time period of 2012 to 2014. For this purpose, a multivariate regression (OLS) model was used to analyze the impact of independent ICT variables such as number of online transactions users, amount of online trading volume, number of electronic published stock exchange notices for exchange users, total amount of ICT expenditure costs, the ratio of capital market active users to total number of stock exchange users and the ratio of online transactions to total number of transactions occurred during the period of study on dependent variable of capital markets growth rate in Tehran Stock Exchange. The results imply that there is a direct and meaningful relationship between ICT tools and equipments and capital markets growth rate in Tehran Stock Exchange which ultimately increases transactions and traders quantity at the end. But the results showed also a distinct result for using different methods of information economics transparency in the Stock Exchange market.

Given the overwhelming amount of information on the web, users face many options when selecting products or services. Recommender systems build a model based on information from users' past choices and ratings, related or trusted individuals, previously selected products, and the features of such products; the system then prioritize items to recommend them to the user based on this model. Trust aware method will use the trust network between users for estimating products ratings. Researchers have been interested in subject of trust in different facets because of different level of trust in professional fields. This article presents multi-faceted trust model for estimating product ratings, in which users and items are considered due to amount of dependency to each facet and also level of trust in it. Epinions dataset analysis indicates that distance dispersion of users’ choice in a multi-facted trust network is significantly lower than their distribution in a general trust network. Then baseline and similarity base models’ performance have been checked and compared in forms of general and multi-faceted. Model evaluation has been done based on Root Mean Squared Error and Epinions dataset separation in two groups of test and train and also croos validation method. Results indicate that estimation error has been averagely decreased 20% and improve recommender system performance obviously by considering trust component in multi-facted form.

vv T The fast development of the Internet in the banking sector encourages customers to use electronic banking. This study presents the key findings which is the result of studying the experiences of Iranian users in the field of electronic banking. The aim of this study is to identify factors encouraging users to receive e-banking adoption. The structure of this study was developed based on the Technology Acceptance Model & utilizes other important variables such as trust, security, prior experience, knowledge of service and quality of Internet access. This model experimentally studies the affecting factors on behavior of 180 users in e-banking adoption. In the study, structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data and hypothesis test. The findings show that the quality of internet connection and awareness of e-banking services have significant effects on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on electronic banking adoption. Trust also has a significant impact on attitudes towards e-banking adoption

Nowadays, with the development and growth of information and communication technologies, employees resist to adopt such technologies, leading to the failure of the implementation and operationalization of these kinds of new technologies. Given increased usage of cloud computing as a new paradigm of communication in organizations, the analysis of information systems users’ behavior is essential in organizations. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) presented by Davis to clarify the factors influencing technology acceptance and the decision to use cloud computing technology among IRIB employees. To do so, a structured questionnaire was designed and distributed among 230 IRIB personnel in the field of information technology. The calculated reliability using Cronbach method was 0.84. Then the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were performed. Based on path analysis coefficient it is confirmed that the most important factor influencing the decision to use cloud computing is perceived usefulness' factor. The obtained result could be employed as a guidelines by managers of the surveyed organization towards more effective decision making.

In recent decades, in line with increasing environmental risks and related human concerns, the concept of green supply chain has been introduced as a modern approach to reduce the environmental impact of organizational products by researchers. During recent years, public policy has led organizations to accept such concept. However, several obstacles have existed in the way of accepting green supply chain that should be removed. This study is an attempt to identify the main obstacles to the adoption of green supply chain and assess the impact and effectiveness of each of these obstacles on the entire system. In this regard, 18 factors were firstly identified as the main obstacles for green supply chain adoption. Statistical population of this study are 8 experts and professionals in Food Industry who are completely familiar with green supply chain. We have used fuzzy DEMATEL technique in order to assess causal relationship and also classify identified obstacles into two groups of cause and effect. The results indicate that the teaching staff and the support and participation of senior management play a vital role in the adoption of green supply chain.
