The development of information and communication technology over the past decades has had tremendous impacts on organizations and has changed their strategies in adapting to the environment. The purpose of this research is to design a model of information technology capabilities in government organizations. This research is developmental research in term of result, an exploratory research based on goal and a qualitative research in terms of methodology. The interview was used to collect the data necessary for analysis through the contextual theory. In this research, 14 interviews were conducted, which included two sections of knowledgeable managers, and IT and management specialists as theoreticians of this field. At first, the interviews were deep. In the middle, due to identification of conceptual codes, the interviews were conducted as semi – standard interviews for proper conceptualization of the topic. Analysis of the research codes after open coding showed that 132 codes were identified in the open coding step and in the central coding step, the two main themes of "IT infrastructure" and "IT exploitation" as the causative conditions Organizational structures and cultural mechanisms as conditions of intervention and acquisition of knowledge and exploitation of knowledge were also identified as the underlying conditions 6 IT strategies and 11 outcomes of IT capabilities were presented in two before - mentioned main themes. The results of the research showed that the capabilities of information technology in government organizations can bring about the desired outcomes and consequences of providing better quality services to citizens and clients.

This study shows a model for validating electronic services in non-profit institutions. The thought for making this model is rooted in lack of research in this domain. Regarding this issue, the independent variables for validating electronic services was exploited based on induction and the theory of grounded theory. These variables include the issues related to leadership, instruments and costumers. The indexes related to measuring these two variables, leadership and instruments) are measurable referring to financial systems and based on accounting the final prices. But determining the price ( Rial) for the variable of costumers was not possible via this method. So, a process was created to measure and determine the effects of this variable on the other two using the existing theory including the proportional pricing method in accounting, Delon and Meklin model and validation engineering. Following that and for testing the model and the process, the electronic services of giving the license of transportation limitation by Tehran municipality was validated. The results confirmed the possibility of using this model in open world via determining the price of electronic services.

Nowadays the term of information and communication technology with its role in reduction and elimination of air pollution is concerned as a critical objective environment and environmental economy that seriously influenced on various aspects and dimensions of human life during recent years. the main hypothesis states that Applying information and communication technology can help to achieve improvement in quality of environment and reduce environmental pollution but observation, evaluation, assessment along with analysis to clarify the measure and intensity of influences on the environment indifferent countries with various levels of development needs to have case study on this issue. The present paper has been compiled after theorical basis investigation and exploiting related module using method of panel data and F test in order to obtain estimates and values of impression of information and communication technology on environmental pollutions in D8 countries including iran during the period of 1994 – 2014. The results showed that by increasing of GDP the rate of pollution raises accordingly. Besides a mean relation between information and communication technology and reduction of air pollution has been obtained as well. Positive feature of the GDP per capita coafficiency logarithm presents the trace of increasing air pollution in lieu of GDP. Another words, the amount of pollution has risen in lieu of per capita income. This coefficient is estimated 1.927 in D8 countries. Thus it can be explained that developing and improving information and communication technology apart from positive subordinated results and achievements in the field of economy call hold proper and desired and optimistic environmental endeavors as well.

The present study examines the important role of management and information sharing among supply chain partners of product or service. The existence of effective information and sharing this information with other partners in the supply chain of a product greatly helps organizations to be able to coordinate and adapt themselves with these changes in customers’ needs and demands. In this study the role of information management and sharing it in the supply chain is studied. The statistic population of this study is national company of oil products distribution of Kermanshah province. By using Random sampling questionnaire has been distributed among managers and staff. To test the hypothesis that presented in this study using SPSS and AMOS Softwares and appropriate statistical methods to analyze information. The results showed that information sharing among the members of the supply chain which will cause the supply chain partner’s coordination and solidarity. Consequently٫ the partners can manage their relationships better and information sharing among the members of the supply chain will also provide business benefits for them. These factors٫ in turn٫ will lead to better performance of the supply chain and increase the customer satisfaction.

2016 USA presidential election results surprised many in America. Most experts and traditional polls had predicted that Hillary Clinton won election but results marked otherwise. In this study, with social network analysis method in content analysis approach, the election campaigns for the two main candidates was investigated on the basis of tweets sent on Twitter platform during the three day period prior to November 8, 2016.It was found that in most analytical aspects such as analyzing tweets, retweets, hashtags, mentions words, user profiles and so on, Trump’s campaign advantage is evident and among users with a neutral trend Trump tendency is likely to dominate. In addition, we identify Some electoral strategies and effective political movements, for example, we understand that Clinton campaign focused on attacking Trump and vice versa Trump campaign focused on support Trump, or users, particularly neutral have shown particular attention to Wiki Leaks and disclosure of emails.

This research aims at associating two groups of demographic and transaction related factors and furthermore, proposes customer churn factor as another influential factor in customer value analysis. To this end, at first, customers' transaction data in a real local ISP in a four year period are utilized for segmentation purpose using k-means method. Regarding service nature of the case, customers' behavior has been considered in terms of customer satisfaction factors. The results of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) indicate that three factors of service quality, expectation confirmation and post-purchasing satisfaction are influential factors. Then, association rules using GRI algorithm are exploited in order to investigate among customers' behaviors and propose appropriate strategies and action plans for each customer segment. Finally, segmentation results are associated with physiographic variables and existence of a significant difference among identified segments is more investigated using one way ANOVA test. The results clarified that expectation confirmation and post- purchasing satisfaction as hygienic factors and service quality as an incentive factor influence customer loyalty.

Purpose of this study is to provide a trust model in E-banking in Iran. Concentrating on trust and presenting a trust model are since innovative side of this study. So, first the existing trust models in e-commerce and e-banking have been studied. The proposed model has seven main parts and eight theories. This model has been tested with electronic questionnaire on the sample of 227 people, including E-banking users. To analyze the data and determine the relationship between variables, Confirmatory factor analysis and PLS software is used. Data analysis in two parts. In The measurement part, technical characteristics of questionnaire including reliability, convergent validity and divergent were examined. In The structure part, structural Coefficients of model have been examined for evaluating hypotheses of study. After the studies, three theories have been rejected from the total of eight and the remaining theories have been accepted. The rejected theories include the relationship between perceive privacy, propensity to trust and perceived competency with trust. P

vv The aim of this study was to evaluate the mediating role of the sport participation in explaining the relationship between the uses of communication tools of information technology (Mobile Phone, Internet, Instagram, Telegram) by reducing the depression of adolescents in the Maku Free Zone. The population of the study was selected in simple random way and 265 teenagers were selected from among those who were doing exercise three sessions per week. This study was a solidarity descriptive survey. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The validity (content, convergence, divergence) and reliability (factor loadings, reliability of supplies and alpha coefficient) questionnaires were well within acceptable limits (α= %94). Relations between variables were found by using AMOS20 structural equation modeling and were analyzed by using ordinary regression weights and were standardized by the maximum likelihood estimation method. The results showed that information and communication tools (Internet, Mobile and Virtual Networks) cause depression in teenagers, and sports participation as a mediator variable can reduce the negative impact of information and communication technology tools on teenagers’ depression. Therefore, the use of Internet, mobile and virtual networks causes loss of face to face communication because of the creation of false appeal to users and causes people to be introspective. Therefore, people will stay away from direct communication, and finally this will result in depression and loneliness.v
