تأثیر ویژگی های اطلاعات در زنجیره ارزش بر کسب مزیت رقابتی با میانجیگری متغیر همسویی استراتژیک برنامه فناوری اطلاعات و استراتژی های سازمان

چکیده

 
هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر ویژگی­های اطلاعات در زنجیره­ی ارزش بر کسب مزیت رقابتی با در نظر گرفتن تأثیر متغیر همسویی استراتژیک برنامه فناوری اطلاعات و استراتژی­های سازمان است. بدین منظور پرسش­نامه­ای بر اساس ترکیبی از مدل کرنز و لدرر و نظر خبرگان و اساتید دانشگاه طراحی و در میان مدیران و کارشناسان شعب بانک تجارت شهر سمنان توزیع گردید. نهایتاً 217 مورد جمع­آوری و مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. بعد از ارزیابی نرمال بودن توزیع داده­ها و بررسی عدم وجود هم خطی، با به‌کارگیری نرم­افزار لیزرل، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی سازه­های تحقیق بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان می­دهد که ویژگی­های اطلاعات تأثیر مستقیمی بر متغیر وابسته نداشته، ولی از طریق متغیر میانجی همسویی برنامه استراتژیک فناوری اطلاعات و برنامه کسب­‌وکار سازمان که تاکنون در پژوهش‌های گذشته به‌عنوان متغیر میانجی در نظر گرفته نشده است، بر کسب مزیت رقابتی تأثیرگذار است. به‌عبارت‌دیگر تأثیر غیرمستقیم ویژگی­های اطلاعات بر متغیر کسب مزیت رقابتی تأیید شد.

چکیده [English]

 
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of human capital and organizational characteristics on the business value of information technology. The study was a descriptive survey. The population of this study was 270 staffs of the Ministry of Health located in Tehran. To collect the required data, a stratified sampling technique was utilized and a sample of 155 people was selected using Cochran’s formula. Data were collected using a researcher made questionnaire and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha technique. The results show that, the impact of human capital on the business value of information technology is significant. In other words, the findings suggest that as the human capital is increased, the business value of information technology is increased as well. On the other hand, the results show that organizational characteristics have no significant impact on the business value of information technology.
