بررسی و مقایسه سطح آمادگی الکترونیکی سازمان مورد مطالعه: دو موسسه مالی و بازرگانی

چکیده

با وجود ساختارهای گوناگون فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و قانونی، اکثر جوامع و سازمان‏ها با چالشهای متفاوتی در توسعه و کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات(فاوا) مواجه هستند. به همین دلیل ارائه راه‏کارهایی برای به کارگیری بهینه فاوا لازم و ضروری به نظرمی رسد.در پژوهش حاضر به منظور سنجش میزان آمادگی الکترونیکیدو موسسه مالی و بازرگانی و مقایسه آنها با یکدیگر، از چارچوب نظری موسسه بریج برای مدل مفهومی استفاده شده است. پس از انتخاب مدلبا پژوهش میدانی،پرسشنامه بین 109 نفر از کارکنان هر دو موسسه توزیع و جمع‌آوری شد. نتایج تجزیه و تجلیل داده‏ها نشان داد که سطح آمادگی الکترونیکی در هر دو موسسه مالی و بازرگانی مطلوب نیست. همچنین بین میزان آمادگی الکترونیکی دو موسسه تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد و در مجموع در دو موسسه نتایج مشابهی مشاهده می شود.

چکیده English

The Majority of nations and organizations attempt to use information and communications technologies (ICT) due to emergence of new innovations and inventions in order to improve their economic and social conditions.
This research examine and compare electronic readiness (E.R.) of two financial and commercial organizations based on Bridges model. Data gathered on 109 managers and specialists of each organization after questionnaire designing. Results proved dissatisfaction condition of E.R. in 2 organizations. Meanwhile there are no statistical difference between E.R. of two organizations namely results are similar in two organizations.
