Today, Societies and organizations are changing from industrial to information society based on information and communication technologies (ICTs) development. Therefore many countries are trying to improve their global position by these technologies. In Micro level, organizations use ICTs for competitive advantages improvement. Electronic readiness concept demonstrates availability and use of ICTs. This research by using bridges electronic readiness model and descriptive-survey method assist e-readiness of sepah bank. Results showed electronic readiness and its dimensions were not in good conditions in this bank. Meanwhile, Importance of dimensions of electronic readiness are different
