چکیده
یکپارچهسازی سیستمهای اطلاعات ظرفیت بالایی را جهت انتشار اطلاعات در سرتاسر مرزهای سازمان ارائه نموده و در جهت تصمیمگیری هر چه بهتر بر اساس اطلاعات کامل، کمک مینماید. افزایش بهرهوری، تصمیمگیری بهتر، کاهش هزینهها، افزایش درآمد و ارائه خدمات یکپارچه از جمله مزایای خاصحاصل از یکپارچهسازی سیستمهای اطلاعات میباشد. اما، در مورد نقش یکپارچگی سیستمهای اطلاعات در کسب مزیت رقابتی پژوهش صریحی انجام نشده است. از این رو، مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش یکپارچگی سیستمهای اطلاعات در کسب مزیت رقابتی انجام شده است.پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و با توجه به ماهیت داده‌ها، توصیفیو پیمایشی میباشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان بخش‌های فناوری اطلاعات شرکت نرم‌افزاری همکاران سیستم به تعداد 160 نفر است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 105 نفر در نظر گرفته شده است. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بهره‌گیری شده است. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که یکپارچگی سیستمهای اطلاعات به همراه افزایش ظرفیت ترکیب سازمانی فناوری اطلاعات حول محورهای آموزش، تغییر، انعطاف‌پذیری و فرایند موجب افزایش هماهنگی و همکاری در سازمان میشود و همچنین به بخش‌های مختلف سازمان در رسیدن به اهداف و کسب مزیت رقابتی کمک میکند.

چکیده [English]
This study aims at the investigation the role of Integration of information
systems in acquiring competitive advantages for an organization. The study
is practical regarding to its aim, descriptive regarding to its type and from
methodology point of view, is considered assurvey, regarding the statistical
population includes all the clerks of information technology section of
Hamkaran System Software Company(160 people)who are all in connection
with the information systems. The sample is chosen according to Morgan
table, 105 people were included. A provided questionnaire was used for
collecting data and Alpha Cronbach coefficient was used for examining
reliability of questionnaire. The results show that the integrity of information
systems increase coordination and cooperation between the organization
units through enlarging capacity of organization, and then improves its
competitive advantages
