چکیده
مدیریت ریسک طرح کلان فناورى اطلاعات بر پایه ى آگاهى از روشها و ابزارهاى به کاررفته براى
ارزیابى و کاهش ریسکهاى طرح فناورى اطلاعات شکل گرفته و راهکارهایى براى حفاظت بهتر سازمان
در برابر مشکلات رایج طرحهاى کلان فناورى اطلاعات فراهم آورده است و احتمال موفقیت طرح
را در ارائه ى نتایج پیش بینى شده افزایش مى دهد. در مدیریت طرح، چون ریسک ها همیشه مستقل
نیستند و ممکن است بر یکدیگر اثر داشته باشند، علاوه بر اندازهگیرى هریک از ریسکهاى طرح،
اندازهگیرى ریسک کلّى طرح ضرورى است که ازجمله مباحث پیش روى این تحقیق بوده است. در
این تحقیق نخست، روشى براى اندازه گیرى ریسکهاى طرح کلان فناورى اطلاعات با در نظر گرفتن
وابستگى این ریسک ها معرفى مى شود و در ادامه، یک متدولوژى براى سنجش ریسک هاى طرح هاى
کلان با رویکرد فازى ارائه مى شود. همچنین یک روش رده بندى براى ریسک هاى هر یک از سطوح
ارائه مى شود. به کارگیرى روش ارائه شده در طرح آسیکوداى شرکت گمرک ایران، در عمل استفاده
از متدولوژى پیشنهادى را براى بهبود مدیریت ریسک طرح کلان فناورى اطلاعات نشان مى ده

Abstract
Information technology program is composed of several related projects
which managing them with each other and program management integrated
these efforts but it does not manage project independent. The main
factor that causes failing in these information technology programs is less
attention to the risk management topics .Information technology program
risk management forms based on aware of methods and tools used for assessing
and reducing risk and presents solutions to protect organizations
against common problems in information technology programs and increase
success probabilities. In these programs، risks are not independent،
so we should measure these dependencies and we consider this issue in
this survey. First we introduce a method for measuring risks by considering
their dependencies، then present a methodology for measuring information
technology program risks by fuzzy method and also we offered
a method for risk classification. Using this method at Asikoda program
shows effectiveness of proposed methods
