شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل حیاتی موفقیت سیستم‌های هوشمند کسب‌ و کار در صنعت درمان با رویکرد آمیخته(مطالعه موردی بیمارستان‌های شهر بندر عباس)

چکیده
 
هدف از انجام این تحقیق، شناسایی و رتبه­بندی عوامل حیاتی موفقیت در پیاده­سازی سیستم­های هوشمند کسب­و­کار در صنعت درمان است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه­ی گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی-پیمایشی است. در این تحقیق ابتدا به روش کیفی و با استفاده از مصاحبه با خبرگان صنعت درمان، عوامل حیاتی موفقیت سیستم­های هوشمند کسب­و­کار برای صنعت درمان شناسایی و طبقه­بندی شدند. پس از آن از طریق روش­های کمّی دیمتل و فرآیند تحلیل شبکه(ANP) عوامل و زیر عوامل شناسایی شده وزن­دهی و رتبه­بندی شدند. جامعه آماری در این تحقیق مدیران و کارشناسان بخش فناوری اطلاعات بیمارستان­های شهر بندر­عباس است و برای تحلیل داده­ها از نرم افزار Super Decision استفاده شد که نتایج حاکی از آن است که عوامل موفقیت شناسایی شده به ترتیب اولویت به صورت زیر قرار دارند: تطابق با نیازهای کاربران، تأمین نیازهای سازمان، بعد عملیاتی سیستم، توانایی تجزیه­و­تحلیل، انعطاف­پذیری سیستم، خدمات و توانایی یکپارچگی سیستم و در نهایت بعد سازمانی سیستم.

The aim of this study was to identify and rank the critical success factors in the implementation of business intelligence in the treatment industry. This study in terms of the goal is practical and in terms of data collection is Description-Survey. In this study, at first qualitative approach usuing interviews treatment industry experts, critical success factors in the business intelligence system for treatment were idenfied and classified. Then “Dymtl” through quantitative method and analytic network process(ANP) weighting factors and sub-factors identified and were ranked. The population in this research is managers and expert in the IT sector hospitals in Bndar Abbas. Super Decision software was used to analyze the data, the results suggest that the success factors identified in order of priority and as fallow: Adapting to the needs of users, meet the needs of organization,operating the system,the ability to analyze felexibility,service and system integration capabilities,finally,the organization system.
