چکیده

گسترش روزافزون اینترنت و ظهور ایده های خلاقانه در این حوزه، اهمیت حمایت از سازمان های مجازی را افزایش می دهد. مراکز رشد مجازی از ابزارهای رشد اقتصادی محسوب می‌شوند که نقش بسزایی در توسعه کسب‌وکارهای نوپا به ویژه در حوزه اینترنت دارند. هدف از تحقیق حاضر ایجاد درک جامع و صحیح درخصوص پدیده جدید مراکز رشد مجازی می باشد. برای این منظور در این مقاله به بررسی سیستماتیک پژوهش‌های قبلی در حوزه مراکز رشد مجازی و به کمک روش فراترکیب پرداخته شده است. این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نوع بنیادی است که در آن به تحلیل کمی و کیفی پژوهش‌های گذشته از نظر موضوعاتی همچون "سهم موضوعی مقالات"، "روش‌های تحقیق"، "نظریه های رایج" و "الزامات راه‌اندازی" پرداخته شده است. نتایج بیانگر آن است که مقوله اجزای مدل کسب و کار بیشترین سهم موضوعی را به خود اختصاص داده است. غالب ترین روش­ها از منظر هدف، جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و شیوه اجرا در حوزه مراکز رشد مجازی به ترتیب سه روش کاربردی، کتابخانه‌ای و توصیفی بوده است. نظریه های سازمان مجازی و  شبکه، دو تئوری مشاهده شده در بین مقالات بوده است. الزامات محیطی، سازمانی و تکنوژیکی نیز سه دسته اساسی از الزامات برای راه اندازی و توسعه مراکز رشد مجازی است. در این مقاله با ترکیب و تفسیر پژوهش‌های گذشته یک چارچوب مفهومی جهت توسعه تحقیقات مراکز رشد مجازی براساس روش "نگاشت مفاهیم" ارائه شده است. این چارچوب به شناخت بهتر روند پژوهشی، بهبود و پوشش شکاف دانشی حوزه مراکز رشد مجازی در تحقیقات آتی کمک می‌نماید.

Development of the Internet and the emergence of innovative ideas in this area increase the importance of supporting the virtual organizations. Virtual incubators are economic development tools that play an important role in developing of new businesses, particularly in the field of Internet. The aim of this research is establishing a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the new phenomenon of virtual incubators. For this purpose, in this paper a systematic review of previous research works in the field of virtual incubators are discussed by meta-synthesis method. This research is descriptive and fundamental. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of past research on the topics such as "Share of subjects", "Research Methods", “common theories” and "launch requirements" are discussed. Results indicate that largest share issue is allocated to the component of business model. The most dominant methods from the perspective of purpose, data collection and run are applied, the library and descriptive in virtual incubators area. Two theories have been seen in the past researches, include: Virtual organization and network theories. Environmental, organizational and technological requirements are three basic categories of requirements for launch and development of virtual incubators. In this paper, with composition and interpretation of previous studies and based on "concept mapping" we provided a conceptual framework for the development of researches in virtual incubators. This framework help to better understanding, improvement and covering the knowledge gap in this area for future research.
