چکیده

 
پژوهش حاضر به مطالعه اهمیت نقش مدیریت اطلاعات و به اشتراک‌گذاری آن میان شرکای زنجیره تأمین یک کالا یا خدمت می‌پردازد. وجود اطلاعات مؤثر و به اشتراک‌گذاری آن میان شرکای زنجیره تأمین، سازمان­ها را قادر به هماهنگی با تغییراتی که در تقاضاهای مشتریان به وجود می­آید می­کند. در این پژوهش نقش مدیریت اطلاعات و به اشتراک‌گذاری آن در زنجیره تأمین مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان­دهنده این مطلب بود که به اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات موجب افزایش هماهنگی و همکاری شرکای زنجیره تأمین می­شود که درنتیجه شرکا بهتر می­توانند روابطشان با یکدیگر را مدیریت کنند، از طرف دیگر به اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات موجب می­شود سازمان­ها منافعی را به دست آورند که هرکدام به‌تنهایی و بدون استفاده از اطلاعات دیگر سازمان­ها قادر به‌ دست آوردن آن‌ها نیستند. جامعه آماری پژوهش شرکت ملی پخش فرآورده­های نفتی استان کرمانشاه است که با استفاده از نمونه­گیری تصادفی میان مدیران و کارکنان آن‌ها پرسشنامه توزیع شده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیات توسط نرم‏افزار SMART-PLS و با استفاده از آماره آزمون t و ضرایب مسیر (β)، نشان داد که فرضیات تحقیق مورد تائید قرار گرفتند.

The present study examines the important role of management and information sharing among supply chain partners of product or service. The existence of effective information and sharing this information with other partners in the supply chain of a product greatly helps organizations to be able to coordinate and adapt themselves with these changes in customers’ needs and demands. In this study the role of information management and sharing it in the supply chain is studied. The statistic population of this study is national company of oil products distribution of Kermanshah province. By using Random sampling questionnaire has been distributed among managers and staff. To test the hypothesis that presented in this study using SPSS and AMOS Softwares and appropriate statistical methods to analyze information. The results showed that information sharing among the members of the supply chain which will cause the supply chain partner’s coordination and solidarity. Consequently٫ the partners can manage their relationships better and information sharing among the members of the supply chain will also provide business benefits for them. These factors٫ in turn٫ will lead to better performance of the supply chain and increase the customer satisfaction.
