چکیده
هوشمندی کسبوکار بهعنوان یک فلسفه مدیریتی و ابـزاری جهـت کمک به سازمانها برای مدیریت و تصفیه اطلاعات، یکی از نوآوریهای مهم در عرصه فناوری اطلاعات است که سازمانها برای کسب منافع حاصل از آن نیازمند انطباق با آن هستند. بر این اساس ارائه مدلی برای انطباق سازمانهای آموزشی با پدیده هوشمندی کسبوکار، انگیزه و هدف انجام این پژوهش است. برای نیل به این هدف، در این مقاله از روش توصیفی-پیمایشی و مطالعه موردی شهرستان اسدآباد استفاده شده است. با توجه به تمرکز این پژوهش روی سازمانهای آموزشی، جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 145 نفر اعضا هیئتعلمی و کارکنان 5 دانشگاه شهرستان اسدآباد در نظر گرفته شدهاند. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران شامل 106 نفر بود که بهصورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. با مطالعه پیشینه پژوهش، 42 شاخص متمایز برای انطباق سازمانی با هوشمندی کسبوکار تعیین شد که در قالب یک مدل مفهومی سه سطحی ارائه شده است. برای بررسی مدل از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شده است. طی تحلیل عاملی مرتبه اول 27 شاخص مؤثر، تأیید شدند. سپس با استفاده از این 27 شاخص و تعیین متغیرهای پنهان، تحلیل عاملی مرتبه دوم انجام شد و شش عامل مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند.

Business intelligence as a management philosophy and a tool to help organizations manage and refine their information is one of the important innovations in the field of information technology that organizations need to adapt to their benefits. Accordingly, designing a model for adapting educational organizations to the business intelligence phenomenon is the motive and purpose of this research. In order to achieve the goal, descriptive-survey method and case of Asadabad city have been used in this paper. Regarding the focus of this research on educational organizations, the statistical population consisted of 145 faculty and staff members from 5 universities in Asadabad. The sample size was 106 randomly selected based on Cochran’s formula and a questionnaire was used to collect the data. By studying the research background and literature review, 42 distinct indicators for organizational adaptation with business intelligence was determined which are presented in the form of a three-level conceptual model. A confirmatory factor analysis has been used to verify the model. During the first order factor analysis, 27 effective indicators were confirmed. Then, using these 27 indicators and determining hidden variables, second order factor analysis was performed and 6 factors were identified.
